In our current studies, differences in the expression levels of SERCA2 between the NTG/PLN and TG/PLN groups did not reach significance, although we saw a clear trend toward lower levels in the TG/PLN group with a significant difference between the TG/PLN and NTG/PLNKO groups.
Maintenance of NEDA 2 and 3 criteria There was a clear trend that patients who initated DMTs for a minimum of 3 months in these index periods remained more frequently and longer free of disease activity according to NEDA 2 (no relapse, no 6mCDP) and NEDA 3 (no relapse, no 6MCDP, no MRI progression) criteria over the three periods of time ( figure 4 ).
We observed a clear trend of decreasing ω (implying a heavier tail; that is, stronger bias towards large clades) across taxonomic levels for species counts (from a ω value of ~1.4 for species within genera to a ω value of ~0.1 for species within phyla), and more similar ω values ranging from 1.4–1.7 for subclade-within-clade counts (Extended Data Fig. 6a ).
In parallel, the investigation of the CD3 + CD8 + T and NK cells in the axillary node of experimental animals revealed a slight increase in CD3 + CD8 + T cells ( Figure 5 E) and a clear trend of an enhanced presence of NK cells upon HPL irradiation alone or in combination with 3HFWC, however, without reaching statistical significance ( Figure 5 F).
