The Simpson index of DSS group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the Shannon index showed an increasing trend (P>0.05), while the ACE index and Chao1 index showed a decreasing trend (P>0.05) compared with the control group.

In the correlation analysis, Lawsosnella , which has a decreasing trend in both groups, showed a proportional relationship to TEWL ( p < 0.05, Fig. 5 ).
