VIQ scores were significantly lower in the MCI group than in the normal aging and AAMI groups, p s < .01, and there was a trend toward significance for AMNART scores to be higher in the MCI group than in the normal aging group, p < .06.
The interaction between delay interval, age, and educational track showed a trend toward significance [Greenhouse–Geisser F (1.77,1098.32) = 2.34, p = 0.06].
Total GBA was significant compared to baseline in the S-cone isolating non-object condition ( p = 0.006) and the intermediate isoluminant object condition ( p = 0.01), with a trend toward significance for the full-colour object condition ( p = 0.06; all other p s > 0.1).

Similarly, time below range <54 mg/dL (TBR54) decreased from 0.74 ± 1.69% in the masked phase to 0.51 ± 1.42% in the final active phase, with a trend toward significance (t ≈ 1.9, p ≈ 0.06).
A greater proportion of participants in the CPA group than the placebo group showed a >10% decrease in average lesion size at week 3 ( P =0.05) and week 6 ( P =0.02) and showed a trend toward significance at week 12 ( P =0.06) ( Figure 4 ).

Across the 2 surveys, the lowest mean score on usefulness statements (4.46, SD 1.38) was in response to “Using the ECHO framework makes it easier to do my job,” while the highest mean score (5.23, SD 1.33) was for “Using the ECHO framework for cybersecurity improves the quality of work I do.” In comparing responses to “Using the ECHO framework for cybersecurity improves the quality of the work I do” between participants in HICs and LMICs between 1- and 3-month surveys, there was a trend toward significance in the LMIC subgroup analysis over time ( P =.06), where the mean Likert score reduced from 6.12 (SD 0.99) to 4.42 (SD 1.90; Figure 4 ), but this was not statistically significant.
As for pragmatic comprehension, APACS Comprehension score was significantly predicted by PST Total score (path h; β = 0.006, p = .002), while its association with PAUSS score showed a trend toward significance (path c; β = −0.004, p = .06), and the effect of BACS EF score was not significant (path f; β = 0.004, p = .23).
Adonis showed a significant difference with MSM status (unweighted p=0.002, weighted p=0.001) and a trend toward significance with HIV status (unweighted p =0.06; adonis with formula: distance matrix ~ MSM-status + HIV-status).
Similarly, among those not using CPAP, GLP-1 RAs showed a trend toward significance (MD: −1.49 mmHg; 95% CI: −2.94 to −0.05; p = 0.06, Fig. 4 .B).
However, excluding from the analyses patients with luminal A or luminal B/HER2-negative tumors (a group of patients with favorable outcome, representing 51.9 % of the entire study population), pCR resulted predictive of better DRFS ( p = 0.028: HR = 0.37, 95 % CI = 0.19–0.72) with a trend toward significance for OS ( p = 0.06; HR = 0.34, 95 % CI = 0.16–0.77) (Fig. 1 a, b).
Regarding the delayed recall of the Rey–Osterrieth complex figure, results indicated no main effect of group [ F (1, 64) = 0.46, p = 0.5]; a trend toward significance for the main effect of age [ F (1, 64) = 3.6, p = 0.06]; and no interaction effect [ F (1, 64) = 1.2, p = 0.3].
However, there was a trend toward significance in the ERSQ global score ( KS = 1.31, p = 0.06), with patients on kallikrein inhibitors showing higher ranks (mean rank = 23.07) compared to those not receiving this treatment (mean rank = 16.23).
However, if subjects forcefully contracted the FDI of Hand-2, the FDI of Hand-1 also became activated [force: F (1.2,21.5) = 4.37, p = 0.04; RMS-EMG: F (1.3,23.1) = 5.20, p = 0.03, Figure 4 A; larger force in Hand-1 when ipsilateral hand contracted at 50% ( p = 0.02) and a trend toward significance at 70% of MVC ( p = 0.06); larger RMS-EMG in Hand-1 when the ipsilateral hand contracted at 70% of MVC ( p = 0.03)].
There was a nonsignificant effect of WGP on social functioning, limitations due to emotional problems, and general health, and a trend toward significance on limitations due to physical health(+11%, WGP at baseline = 81.3, WGP after treatment = 90.6; P = 0.06).
Notably, patients achieving CR exhibited markedly higher T cell activation immune scores post-treatment compared to those PR patients, demonstrated by a trend toward significance ( P = 0.06, Fig. 5c ).
In multivariate analysis, a family history of skin cancer and “ever having skin checked by dermatologist” showed a trend toward significance (p = 0.06).

Finally, we ran several analyses to study the effects of variation in time (i.e., days to scan) between the second intervention and the second scan: (i) an independent-samples t test demonstrated that the two groups did not differ in the duration between the second intervention and the second scan (t 33 = 0.01; p = 0.99); (ii) a regression analysis using the number of days to scan as a predictor for post-intervention FA indicated a trend toward significance across groups (F 1,33 = 3.76, p = 0.06), suggesting a possible relationship between changes in FA and time since treatment.
The Taste and Sensory Properties subscale also showed a trend toward significance ( b = −1.09; P = 0.06).
Even though it was not significantly higher than day 14 (1.62), there was a trend toward significance ( P = .06 for day 6 vs day 14 and P = .07 for day 10 vs day 14) ( Fig 2a ).
