For example, in the cohort of lifetime residents, the effects of NO 2 on asthma were positive and almost significant (odds ratio (OR) = 1.28, 95% CI: 0.97–1.69), but in the stratified cohort, NO 2 was significantly associated with asthma among children with above-median ETV (OR = 2.33, 95% CI: 1.47–3.71), but not the children with below-median ETV (OR = 0.87, 95% CI: 0.59–1.28).
Regarding the best endoscopic therapy, a metaanalysis of 10 randomized controlled trials including 404 patients shows an almost significant benefit of EVL in the initial control of bleeding compared to sclerotherapy (pooled relative risk of 0.53 with a confidence interval of 0.28–1.01) [ 44 ].
This result is more evident in relation to steel plants, with an almost significant 90% excess risk in age 0–1, and with some evidence of excess of hospitalization for neoplasms also in the 0-19- (S – males n = 121, SHR pooled (90%CI) = 1.08 (0.90–1.28), (1-p)%=55%, females n = 102, SHR pooled (90%CI) = 1.12 (0.93–1.35), (1-p)%=71%) and 20-29-years age groups (S – males n = 145, SHR pooled (90%CI) = 0.99 (0.80–1.22), (1-p)%=6%, females n = 140, SHR pooled (90%CI) = 1.08 (0.85–1.36), (1-p)%=44%) (Additional file 2).
1 ). Significant group*time effect for NRS ( p < 0.001), NDI ( p : 0.009), and PPTs of the remote site ( p : 0.010) and significant main effect for time for NRS ( p < 0.001) and NDI ( p : 0.019) and an almost significant main effect for time (p: 0.052) for PPTs of the remote site were calculated and presented in Figs. 2 and 3 .
The maximum mouth opening measured by the end of the third month was 29.71 mm, and by the end of the sixth month, it was 34.98 mm, with an average mean of 30.01 mm and a confidence interval ranging from 27.6–32.4 mm by the end of the sixth month of therapy, with a statistically non-significant (but almost significant) P -value of 0.058 ( Table 3 , Figure 5 ).
Re-examining our data under the discrete groups of viable and non-viable pregnancies (Table 3 ) then revealed an almost significant negative correlation between AEA and β-hCG in the viable group and a significant correlation between β-hCG and P4 only in the non-viable group as would be expected based on published literature [ 9 , 51 , 52 ].
