An increasing trend in Ct values for ORF1b/N (SARS CoV-2), M1/NS2 (Flu A/B), M (RSV A/B) was found from T1 to T3, reaching statistical significance for the SARS-CoV-2 RdRp ( p = 0.0199) (Fig. 2 ).
