Generally, we found an increasing trend concerning crude seropositivity with advancing age ( p < 0.001); however, differences were only significant when comparing the older age group 60–69 (5.2%; 95% confidence interval (CI) 4.5–5.9%) to the younger age group 20–29 (2.6%; 95%-CI 1.8–3.5%) (Table 1 ).
