Both methods showed negative associations between CLIC5 and CP, with the weighted median method achieving statistical significance (beta = −0.1561, SE = 0.07822, P = .04593) and the weighted mode method approaching significance (beta = −0.1728, SE = 0.1096, P = .1389; Table 1 and Fig. 1 ). 3.5.

These effects were particularly strong when comparing safe trials [AV− and CS−; t (22) = 4.24, p < 0.0005], but also approaching significance when contrasting the aversive trials [AV+ and CS+; t (22) = 1.5, p = 0.14].
