Upon subgroup comparison by follow‐up time, studies reporting less than 1‐year follow‐up demonstrated larger effect sizes than studies with longer follow‐up at a rate approaching significance ( p < 0.1; Figure 4 ).

Table 1 A indicates significantly altered biochemicals with statistical significance ( P ≤ 0.05) or with approaching significance (0.05 < P < 0.10) from a dataset analysis with a total 323 named biochemicals differentially detected in the study (red indicates significantly upregulated metabolites and green indicates downregulated ones) (File S1: total of significant metabolites ratio DLD1‐miR661/DLD1‐control ( P < 0.05).

Approaching significance, patients with early stage disease ( p < 0.10) or who were referred by their clinicians ( p < 0.10) were more likely to engage.

However, even in our univariate models the greatest number of articles were found for victims in our middle age range: 30–39 year-olds, with results approaching significance ( p = 0.10).

Furthermore, caspase-14 protein in both groups was suppressed to a level approaching significance after 24 hours of treatment (P < 0.1).

Trial 2: feed and water withdrawal stress + cold stress Based on unextracted serum CORT measurements obtained after the 18 h cold stress, there was an increase in CORT when comparing the NC (non-stressed, not supplemented) treatment birds to the PC birds (stressed, not supplemented) treatment with a P -value approaching significance ( P = 0.10, Table 4 ).

As this was a pilot study, results approaching significance ( p < .10) are reported as they may potentially reflect the existence of real effects.

We attribute this to the relatively smaller sample size of patients taking SGLT2i in the future CKD group compared to the future non-CKD group ( n = 16 vs n = 23), causing the effects within the future CKD group to be non-significant but approaching significance ( p < 0.1).

Circulating levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) also demonstrated a significant PFAS:sex interaction (interaction p = 0.005 ), driven by lower levels in female PFAS-exposed mice ( p = 0.011 ) and higher levels in male PFAS-exposed mice approaching significance ( p = 0.102 ), compared with relative controls ( Figure 4B ).

As in the previous model, the direct path between ChatGPT and perceived effectiveness showed a significant large effect size (0.57, p < 0.001) but the b path between perceived effectiveness and self-stigma, although approaching significance, was non-significant (−0.23, p = 0.103).

All follow-up comparisons were not significant, although the comparison for CW scores between students and instructors at time 2 was approaching significance ( p = 0.104).

All significant results above were detected here too (i.e., main effect of Time perspective, differences between past and future trials, and group comparison on distant future), but the main effect of Condition was only approaching significance, F (1, 33.01) = 2.78, p = 0.105 (all other comparisons, p > 0.05 as reported above; see Supplementary Table 4 for full details).

Figure 1 D shows the differences between the 2 mRNA vaccines among patients receiving anti-TNF-α antagonist monotherapy, with graphical evidence of greater decay in BNT162b2 (n = 25; EDC 2.4%/day; P = .002; half-life, 28 days) compared with mRNA-1273 (n = 10; EDC 0.9%/day; P = .188; half-life, 76 days), and slope difference approaching significance ( P = .109), despite relatively low sample size.

Notably, the interaction for disorganized schizotypy was the closest to approaching significance ( β = 0.12, SE = 0.07, and p = 0.11). 4.

Fitting separate covariates depending on breed origin of the minor allele resulted in estimates of −0.39 ± 0.04 on the log scale for Landrace haplotypes and −0.30 ± 0.04 for Yorkshire haplotypes, with the difference approaching significance ( P = 0.11).
