“at the limit of significance”

The NRS score, which evaluates nutritional status, was found to be significant in the univariate analysis ( p = 0.048) but remained at the limit of significance in the multivariate analysis ( p = 0.054).

The diabetic population not treated with metformin also presented a lower cancer-specific index, even if the p -value was at the limit of significance ( p = 0.054).

Some variables did not affect the continuity of activity (gender, marital status, previous job, diagnosis and development region), while the level of education was at the limit of significance (p = 0.054).

Proteinuria was increased in the group with MetS, but in the comparison, a value at the limit of significance was obtained (p=0.055).

For plasma melatonin, the ingestion of the PR form caused a progressive increase in concentrations, which was at the limit of significance at T10 (44.9 ± 68.8 pg/mL versus 4.6 ± 1.9 pg/mL at baseline, p = 0.057), then significant at the following times of sampling.

In the left pre-frontal area, the Cho/Cr values trended to be lower in the pHSP subjects compared to the HC group, but the difference was statistically at the limit of significance (0.79 ± 0.13 vs. 0.71 ± 0.11; p = 0.059, after adjustment for sex and age at T 0 ).

Moreover, several qualitative and quantitative studies conducted in other cities in Morocco and other countries worldwide have identified physician perception as a factor that can influence generic prescribing.[ 11 , 14 , 22 , 23 , 24 , 25 ] In our results, GPs’ perception that the quality of generics is high emerged in the multivariate analysis as an important factor influencing their prescription of these drugs (OR = 2.82 [1.08-7.36]), despite the result being at the limit of significance in univariate analysis ( P = 0.059).

1.84 (1.35–2.66) mV, p = 0.002] and each regional ( p < 0.05) bipolar voltage amplitudes were lower in women except for the lateral wall at the limit of significance ( p = 0.059).

Regardless of not being statistically significant, the differences observed on the variables “existence of chronic diseases” (between groups defined by NEDA-3) and “anti-EBV IgG antibodies” (between groups defined by the “absence of MRI activity of disease” criterion) assumed p values at the limit of significance ( p = 0.059 and p = 0.055, respectively).

For HIT gain, a difference at the limit of significance was found between the change in slopes ( p = 0.059), which did not prompt the use of a model calculating an age-adjusted difference (Fig. 2 ).

Whereas the multivariable analysis showed a significant relationship between cremains weight and weight of cadavers (10.11; 95% CI: 4.93, 15.29; p < 0.01), and relationships at the limit of significance between cremains weight and age at death (−5.40; 95% CI: −11.09, 0.29; p = 0.06) and cremains weight and height (13.59; 95% CI: 0.03, 27.15; p = 0.05) for males. 4.

ST turned out interesting results: for the 5 m sprint we found only a value at the limit of significance ( p = 0.06) for ACTN3, showing XX individuals slower than the counterpart, in the recessive model (1.4 vs 1.2).

In our study, the ADC is at the limit of significance (P=0.06) probably due to the small study population.

For the final status, we recorded significant negative linear correlations with AP ( p = 0.003) and ALT ( p = 0.033); a correlation at the limit of significance with BMI ( p = 0.066); non-significant negative correlations with TG ( p = 0.191), glycemia ( p = 0.517), SBP ( p = 0.260) and DBP ( p = 0.354); and a non-significant positive correlation with HDLch ( p = 0.556) ( Figure 1 A–H).

In contrast, PAX6 was overexpressed in NECs, albeit at the limit of significance (mean H‐Score 0 versus 160; p = 0.07).

Secondary Endpoints Thirty-nine patients in the IP group (17.8%) had postoperative pain beyond one month after surgery, versus nine patients in the EP group (9%), the difference being at the limit of significance ( p = 0.079).

However, data were at the limit of significance ( p = 0.08).

Another direct contact with water, crossing a flooded path to go to the field, seemed less associated with the disease, with a lower odds ratio and a difference at the limit of significance (p = 0.08).

It can also be seen that the variable comparators above four are at the limit of significance ( p = 0.08 according to Wilcoxon’s test).

We noted an increased expression of the mitochondrial biogenesis marker - peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor 1α coactivator ( Pgc1α ) by QCT administration at the limit of significance ( p = 0.08) only in ScWAT (Fig. 5 A).

Kojic acid (10.9 ± 2.9 μg of melanin per explant) decreased melanin, as expected, compared to the untreated control (14.2 ± 1.4 μg), but this decrease was at the limit of significance ( p = 0.085).

Survival analyses of our patient cohort showed that patients with CSCC had a better disease-free survival compared to patients with CAC, although the difference was at the limit of significance ( Figure S1 , p = 0.088). 3.4.

The statistical analysis used comparison tests (Fisher, chi square-χ2) within the Statistical Software for Social Sciences (SPSS 10), the obtained values being considered significant for p<0.05 values and at the limit of significance for p<0.1 values.

In third-line therapy, PFS differences were not statistically significant, and OS was at the limit of significance ( p = 0.19 and p = 0.05, respectively).

At the individual compound level, increases remained non-significant or at the limit of significance (serine: p = 0.602; PCA: p = 0.100; urocanic acid: p = 0.116).
