We showed that the elevated expression level of RPS6KA1 was consistently associated with the increased overall survival of lung cancer patients with HR = 0.78, and a marginal significance of P = 0.09.

The positive trend was present in all strata but only reached marginal significance in HSI ≥ 42, with a beta estimate of 0.37 ( p = 0.09) for paraxanthine comparing quartile 4 to quartile 1 ( Figure 2 ).

Except for the “ Early-Down” cluster, which exhibited marginal significance ( p = 0.09), all other four myo-score clusters showed a significant fit (Fig. 4 b).

For a few specified parameters, we also considered marginal significance at P ≤ 0.09, because our experimental design encompassed the inherent spatial variability in our study area.

Gene E1 showed marginal significance at the level of 0.1 (p value = 0.09).

Taken together, small-sample effects and baseline differences help explain this pattern, though the marginal significance ( p = 0.09) calls for further larger cross-cultural evidence. 5.2.5.

The Linear Mixed Models revealed species-specific responses of the measured traits to the two variables linked to urbanisation, though sometimes with a marginal significance ( P < 0.09).

Categorical analysis revealed particularly strong effects for moderate-to-severe depression (PHQ-9 ≥10) versus minimal symptoms (PHQ-9, 0–4): DSST (OR=2.562, 95% CI: 1.432–4.584, p=0.004), AFT (OR=1.834, 95% CI: 1.239–2.714, p=0.005), with CERAD showing marginal significance (OR=1.454, 95% CI: 0.936–2.259, p=0.090).

In the UW plots, total soil respiratory C release was relatively higher with additional C 4 materials (5661 μg g −1 ) than with C 3 materials (5448 μg g −1 ) with marginal significance (p = 0.09), even though C 3 plant materials had a higher quality with a lower C:N ratio ( Fig. 2 ).

With regard to H1299 cells, the incidence of enormous metastasis (number>10) in the mesenterium or the number of liver metastases showed a decreasing trend with marginal significance ( P =0.09 and P =0.062) in the BCAR1-KO group compared with the BCAR1-NC group (Fig. 5 D).

A similar amelioration in RECA-1 loss after SAH was also observed, with marginal significance (untreated SAH 33% reduction, treated SAH 24% reduction; p = 0.09) (Figure 5C ).

For the RSS sum score only the CR JUMP group has a significant main effect, with CBT JUMP reaching marginal significance (p=0.09).

The association of FA in the right corticospinal tract reached only marginal significance (β = 0.05; 95% CI, −0.01 to 0.10; P = 0.09).

A significant difference was observed in the treatment pattern among the three groups (patients with single metastasis, 2–5 metastases, and >5 metastases; p=0.004); moreover, marginal significance was also observed between patients with a low metastatic burden and those with a high metastatic burden (p=0.090).

As for anxiety symptoms, positive perceptions toward government (ORa = 0.53) and increased family conflict (ORa = 1.77) appeared as the stronger factors, while and friendship deterioration (ORa = 1.38) and weight gain (ORa = 1.25) were weaker factors, especially with a marginal significance ( p = .09) for the weight gain.

An association with the putting into perspective dimension of the CERQ reached marginal significance (β = 5.6441, p = 0.09).

The results showed that the CT in two regions had nonsignificantly different influences between GA and PT (p>0.3), but CM showed a significantly different impact from the two factors in V1 (p<0.01) and marginal significance in VOTC (p<0.09).

Effects were significantly larger for schematic than realistic games ( b = 0.45, p = .03, 95% CI [0.05, 0.84]), but this difference was attenuated to marginal significance ( b = 0.44, p = .09, 95% CI [−0.95, 0.06]) after controlling for anthropomorphism, variety of game actions, viewpoint, story relevance, and story depth game characteristic variables.

Among early stage ovarian cancer patients who underwent complete cytoreductive surgery including systematic pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy, the association between the expression of CLU protein in ovarian cancer tissues and several clinicopathological factors revealed that age (p = 0.83), histologic subtype (p = 0.32) were not related to CLU expression, while FIGO stage showed the relation to CLU expression with marginal significance (p = 0.09) (Table 3 ).

We suggest this may be the case for the trait of extractable soil aluminum in the current study, as it had a K statistic of less than unity (K = 0.80 with marginal significance of p = 0.09; Table 2 ) and node-specific results from the AOT showed a number of significant nodes associated with high aluminum.
