In the multiple linear regression analysis, ICI therapy was a significant independent predictor of absolute volume progression, absolute score progression, relative volume progression, and relative score progression of CAC at 12 months across all models (absolute volume progression before PSM was marginally significant in model 2), both before and after PSM (Additional file 1 : Table S15, Table 4 ).
The Knapdale trial population exhibited a significantly negative F IS value, demonstrating an excess of heterozygotes compared to that expected under Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium, while the Tayside reference beavers showed a small, marginally significant, positive F IS value, demonstrating a slight deficit of heterozygotes.
The analysis revealed significant or marginally significant correlation for both parent‐ and teacher‐ratings of impairment items, which partly validates the impairment items (Table S4 ). 3.4 Influence of age and sex on diagnostic accuracy Table S5 shows gain in AUC when age or sex was added to the logistic regression analysis of the gold‐standard diagnosis of ADHD, ODD and CD on each relevant subscale score.
