Notably, the complete absence of shared hub taxa is marginally significant (Jaccard = 0.000; p ( J ≤ j ) = 0.088), suggesting that the replacement of ecologically important hub nodes may not be as random as expected by chance.
However, when we formally compared the frequency of the TNR types observed in our study with the annealing temperatures of specific TNR sequences determined earlier in DNA ( 22 ), we found only a modest ( r 2 = 0.44), marginally significant correlation.

Specifically, there were no differences observed in the proportions of individuals with 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 children, with 1 marginally significant difference in the proportion with 1 child in individuals aged 55 to 65 years.
The interaction effect is marginally significant (interactions are usually tested at the 10% level) but the patterns generated by the repeated measurement analyses of all primary outcomes are completely consistent with the inferred pattern from the survival analysis.
Results There was only one marginally significant association; this association was between rs12916879 and bipolar disorder type I in the male subgroup.

Marginally significant results To give a high-level comparison of results from each model, we firstly present the number of tests on each chromosome which had p-value 1 × 10 -4 or less.
Conversely, a recent report from the EVA (Epidemiology of Vascular Ageing) study in France showed that higher plasma selenium concentrations (1.19-1.97 μmol/L) were associated with a marginally significant decreased risk of dysglycemia (impaired fasting glucose or diabetes) in men over a 9-year follow-up [ 18 ].
Both of these terms were functionally irrelevant, and both had p-values that are marginally significant for the full GO and generic GO slim (0.025 and 0.0384), and marginally insignificant for NIGO (0.058824 and 0.057692, respectively).
There was a marginally significant trend between lower birth weight and lower language composite score, while relationships of birth weight with cognitive and motor scores were not significant.
There were no statistically significant differences between the PA+WL and PA+SA groups for baseline demographic, anthropometric, body composition, bone, strength, and functional characteristics, except for total SPPB score and total abdominal fat CSA (Tables 1 and 2 ) which were marginally significant.
Additionally, a marginally significant increase in the log-odds of child mortality was noted for children born via caesarean section and those whose mothers had attained only a primary level of education.
There was a marginally significant difference between the groups in the number of low-fat foods in the home, such that there was a non-significant trend for Vermont white participants to have more low-fat foods in their homes than both the Arkansas white participants or African American participants, with no difference between Arkansas groups.
Notably, when comparing individuals with caffeine intake of 84.1–162 mg/day to non-consumers, the association with ALP concentration remained marginally significant in Model 4 (OR = 0.70, 95% CI: 0.49–1.00) (Supplementary Table 5 ).
