Of the GWS SNPs obtained from the non-EUR meta-analyses above that were conditionally independent of the EUR GWS SNPs, 0/2 in SAS, 5/17 in AFR, 27/49 in EAS and 27/63 in HIS were marginally significant in our META FE (Supplementary Table 9 ), and 24 of those (highlighted in Fig. 2 ) overlapped with our list of 12,111 quasi-independent GWS SNPs.
Performance of predictors and the combined nomogram for predicting high Ki-67 expression Using multivariable analyses, we found significant independent predictors of Ki-67 expression, including peritumoral enhancement, peritumoral hypointensity, T1rt-20min, and tumor margin, while APHE was marginally significant predictors of Ki-67 expression ( Table 4 ).
Differences in linguistic diversity in the environment may also impact how monolinguals process or learn a new language: Monolinguals surrounded by a greater diversity of other languages (irrespective of their knowledge of those languages) showed marginally significant late anterior positivity ERP to novel words versus nonwords in a newly learned language that monolinguals from a more homogenous community did not demonstrate ( Bice & Kroll, 2019 ).
The primary limitations of the present study are (a) the analysis of GRIK1 mRNA expression in only a limited number of samples and (b) marginally significant associations between the studied genetic variants and ADHD, as is evident from the close to significance p-values, low relative risk, and power of the association tests.
