For instance, a search initiated with the carboxysomal BMC-P protein ( WP_012823797 ) resulted in multiple matches, as the best hits (besides other BMC-P proteins), to the sequence profiles of OB fold domains from various proteins, including HupF/HypC-like proteins (SCOPe profile: d3vyta_), phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase (SCOPe profile: d1b70b3), and tetratricopeptide repeat protein 5 (TTC5; Pfam accession number: PF16669.4), albeit with moderately significant probabilities of 66–76% (Additional file 1 ).
However, tests of the equality of the correlation matrices between the two groups yielded statistically significant p -values for the TCGA melanoma patients and for the CCLE cell lines when all cell lines were considered, and moderately significant p -values for only the CCLE melanoma cell lines were considered, but a non-significant p -value for the SU2C melanoma cell lines.
When the results of the analysis in Table 6 were analyzed, it was determined that there was a positive and moderately significant correlation between the recreational flow experience scale, subscales (physical and mental health, life satisfaction, family flourishing, positive feelings) of recreational sport well-being scale, and the re-participation intention scale ( p < 0.05).
In another study, the patients belonging to the experimental group improved their RMI scores by a mean score of 0.7, which was moderately significant from a clinical point of view, leading to the belief that perhaps patients cared for by trained caregivers exercised slightly more and this could be attributed to greater confidence in the mobilisation process [ 43 ].
However, the up- and down-regulated gene sets overlapped in only 4 (up, Fisher test p -value: 0.036) and 2 (down, Fisher test p -value: 0.11) genes ( Figure 4 ), suggesting that in spite of the observed overlaps, which may be moderately significant for the up-regulated, but hardly significant for the down-regulated genes, naphthalene induces rather specific responses in the two tissues.
Likewise, it was also found that gender, age, and stress are significant predictors of emotional well-being ( p < 0.0001), and exhaustion had a moderately significant positive relationship with stress and a weak negative relationship with resilience and determination conditions employment were significant [ 29 ].
In the Spearman correlation analysis performed after the training, there was a statistically negative and moderately significant relationship between age and physical activity scores, a positive and moderately significant relationship between educational status and nutrition, a negative and moderately significant relationship between elapsed time after diagnosis and nutrition, and a negative and weak significant relationship between elapsed time after diagnosis and spiritual development [ Table 3 ].
