This is the conclusion of the Miguel and Kremer (2004) paper, and a quick look at the comparisons presented above also indicate that there are strong impacts: all three of the comparisons have large impact estimates and all three are statistically significant at over 90% confidence, with one significant at over 99% confidence and another nearly significant at 95% confidence (despite the data being split up into the three different comparisons).
