On the other hand, NK-cell mediated viral suppression was 34 ± 7% in the presence of PRO (increased in 8/10 donors) and 37 ± 4% with ROM/PRO combination (increased in 7/10 donors), this latter being higher than in ROM-treated and untreated co-cultures in a statistically significant and nearly significant ( p = 0.052) manner, respectively ( Figure 5 B).
