The mediation analyses revealed an indirect effect that was only marginally significant in Sample 1W but significant in all the other models, namely that higher levels of Perceived Vulnerability fostered greater Affiliation tendencies as individuals’ Threat-Related Emotions increased during lockdown (β = .06, p = .004, up to 48.4% of variance explained).
Moreover, the influence of SOX2 binding was evident by comparing group 1 genes connected to enhancers bound by SOX2, which yielded highly significant coassociation scores (lanes 2, 6, and 10), with those connected to enhancers not bound by SOX2 (lanes 3, 7, and 11), which yielded only marginally significant scores in wTR1 and nonsignificant scores in wTR2 and wTR3.
Richness and RRR were the most representative with regards to environmental coverage (Richness and RRR: average distance to median = 4.75 and 4.64, respectively), followed by Simpson_Beta and Frequent (Simpson_Beta and Frequent: average distance to median = 4.33 and 4.46, respectively; Figure 3 ; Table 2 ), with only marginally significant differences between Richness and Simson_Beta (Table 2 ).
Although the association between early correction and recovery remained only marginally significant after adjusting for potential confounders such as nerve type, involved nerve, and fracture classification in multivariate analysis, the observed trend suggests a potential clinical benefit of timely realignment.
Statistical analysis showed a significant difference between the four different groups ( p = 0.0039, df = 3, F = 4.96), and the Dunn’s post hoc ( Table 1 ) showed significant differences between group C1 and groups C2 and C3 ( p = 0.007 and p = 0.004, respectively), and between C0 and C3 ( p = 0.033), the difference between C0 and C2 being only marginally significant ( p = 0.053 < 0.10).
