Using the median risk score as a cutoff to classify the lung cancer patients into 2 groups, Kaplan-Meier survival curves ( Supplementary Figure S4 ) demonstrated a slightly significant difference in survival outcome in the TCGA LUAD cohort ( log -rank test: P value = 3.01 × 10 −2 ).
