Correlations between the same trait under AWD or CF conditions were generally very strong (and highly significant), with the correlation coefficient ranging from 0.68 to 0.79 for grain mass, 0.73 to 0.86 for straw biomass, 0.46 to 0.59 for HI, 0.65–0.76 for FT ( Supplementary Figures S4 – S7 ).
Excerpts
Moreover, a marginally significant and negative relationship was observed between θ-W and BIO12 (annual precipitation) (Figure 5D ).
In contrast to the radiata pine, the mean BAI of the defoliated trees of chestnut showed an increasing trend after the defoliation (2014–2015; see Figure 3 ).
These compounds (Figure 7A ) showed a trend to be suppressed by herbivory or the fungal treatments, even though only significant in the case of decanal (Table 1 ).
a positive trendgold
The maximal summer extent of submerged macrophytes in ponds showed a positive trend with pH (CI range: unidirectionally positive) and a negative relationship with phytoplankton biovolume and waterfowl herbivory in the warm period (CI range: unidirectionally negative; Table 4 and Figure 8 ).
extremely significantqualified
The ANOVA results of parents and FW-RILs both indicated that extremely significant variation exists in genotype, environment, and genotype-by-environment (Tables 1 , 2 ).
Consistently, when considering individual PSM, significant negative correlations were found for the inducibility of two lignan hexoside derivatives, and marginally significant for three lignan xyloside derivatives and taxifolin derivative 1, after FDR correction (Supplementary Table SM3 ).
Generally, the expression levels of other genes showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.
a clear trendgold
Consequently, most of the significant changes occurring at the physiological level were observed at 48 h after the treatment, even if a clear trend could be observed in earlier time points.
However, an interesting trend emerged between cotyledons from identical parental environments germinating in different environments.
a slight trendgold
However, a slight trend to increase the content of these latter compounds was observed in fresh grapes, although not significant versus control, when ozone was applied at the high dose (DH) as also occurred for other bound terpenes.
However, the untargeted chemical composition demonstrated clear clustering in the nMDS plot (Figure 3A ), which proved highly significant (MGLM-ANOVA; Table 3 ).
longistaminata wild rice artificial aging Similarly, the BIL populations showed a trend in GP, GR, SL, and RL as that of 9311 in response to artificial aging treatments and all the four traits of the BIL population showed continuous distribution patterns under normal growth or artificial aging treatments (Figure 2 and Supplementary Figure S1 ).
clearly significantqualified
Moreover, the LTR and STR+ groups of lines evidenced clearly significant differences in their transpiration rates in the range of VPD levels from 1 kPa to 3.3 kPa, as shown in Supplementary Figure S1 .
a clear trendgold
altitude plot also shows a clear trend with PC3 separating the accessions according to their altitude, however, there are few outliers present on the both ends (Supplementary Figure S6 ).
The multivariate statistical analysis showed highly significant differences in the chemical composition and, in particular, in the cannabinoid content of the hemp oils under investigation. hemp seed oil hemp high-resolution mass spectrometry cannabinoids cannabinoids mass spectra Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca 10.13039/501100003407 C
There was a decreasing trend in the photon counts with an increase in particle size of the samples ( Table 3 ).
After the period of flooding, the soil from waterlogging treatments showed a trend of decreasing NH 4 + -N concentrations, but the NO 3 - -N and available P concentrations increased significantly.
A Major QTL for Root Growth Angle Is Located on Chromosome 6A A total of seven highly significant markers for SRA were detected on chromosome 6A [at Bonferroni threshold = –log 10 ( P ) 4.67; Figure 4A ].
The analysis of variance revealed significant differences among the analyzed cultivars only in the Ionic site (West coast) with regard to the NFI, while the numbers of perfect flowers resulted highly significant in both environments.
Our previous study also showed that the overall response of soil DTPA-Zn to the application of Zn fertilizer presented an increasing trend with each successive year ( Liu et al., 2017 ).
Highly significant S, N, and S×N effects were detected in the total N amount in plants at the final stage of harvest ( Table 2A ).
The results showed that the expression levels of GhWAT1 exhibited an increasing trend over 0–72 h ranges in the treated roots (0 h-treated samples collected from the parallel plants without any treatment as a control) and, specifically, that at 48 h the expression level significantly increased compared with other time points.
(2019) we also detected a highly significant association on chromosome 1H.
The proportion of emergent marsh in the surrounding area had a positive effect on species richness and a negative effect on Phragmites cover, though this effect was only moderately significant.
