There was a decreasing trend in yield across haplotypes ( Figure 2 E); haplotype 1 had the highest GYPP (13.1 ± 1.2 g), whereas haplotype 6 had the lowest GYPP (9.1 ± 0.6 g).
Excerpts
At 0–12 DALTT, the Rubisco activity in the flag leaves of the YN19 and XM26 via LT2 showed an increasing trend compared to LT1, rising by 4.9% and 4.8%, respectively, while the PEPC activity in LT2 increased by 4.5% and 3.8%, respectively, compared to LT1. 2.6.
The antioxidant enzyme activity (SOD, POD, CAT) in the flag leaves of the YN19 showed a negative correlation with the yield (GNPS, TGW, GYPS), and the MDA displayed a highly significant and negative correlation with the yield.
The European Medicines Agency (EMA) has noted an increasing trend in the use of antibiotics (per kilogram of body weight) to treat birds, not only due to the increasing pace of production, but also to the growing health problems of commercially kept birds [ 1 , 2 ].
The results may be significant because other studies have shown that although PPAR expression in birds manifests in different tissues of the biological system, its expression rate varies to a high extent depending on the tissue [ 66 ].
In a replicate experiment, late-life supplementation diminished the survival time by up to 10% at 0.56 g/L, with no significant effect at 0.14 g/L and a borderline significant decrease at 2.80 g/L ( Figure 5 B).
A p -value < 0.05 indicated a significant difference, while a p -value < 0.01 indicated a highly significant difference.
The expansin proteins showed a trend of gradual expansion from chlorophyte algae to mosses, contrasting with the more variable expansion observed in the other six lineages of land plants during evolution.
The results of sample correlation analysis showed that the duplicate samples within the same group showed a highly significant positive correlation, and the correlation coefficients were in the range of 0.782 to 0.994, indicating that the reproducibility between the samples was good and the quality of sequencing was reliable ( Figure 2 D). 2.3.
Genes that were highly significant and showed significant changes in expression are positioned in the upper left (downregulated) or upper right (upregulated) corner of the graph. 2.2.
CD3+CD8+ cell levels were also significantly lower among patients with severe disease, with an increasing trend in each severity group.
A significant trend towards higher ratios of conjugated steroids to their unconjugated counterparts was found in patients, which is of particular interest in terms of the balance between excitatory and inhibitory steroid modulators of ionotropic receptors.

Since, with the exception of mid-cycle female sex hormones and the luteal menstrual phase, most steroids in women are synthesized either directly in the adrenal glands or from adrenal precursors [ 26 ] these results suggest an overall trend toward impaired adrenal activity in patients.
Δ 5 and Δ 4 Steroids Aggregate results for Δ 5 and Δ 4 steroids showed a nonsignificant trend toward lower levels in patients than in controls.
A significant trend was observed, showing an H 2 S-dependent reduction of APP levels with the rapid donor and an opposite effect with the CBS inhibitor ( Figure 5 f).
In addition, NPQ showed an increasing trend, and the PS II reaction center of cotton leaves enhanced their ability to dissipate excess light energy; most of the absorbed light energy was used for heat dissipation to protect the PS II reaction system from photo suppression [ 76 ].
The initial proline content of FH18 was higher than that of HY22; however, under drought stress, it showed a trend of first decreasing, then increasing, and then decreasing again, reaching a peak at 16 h ( Figure 4 C).
The expression of a subset of genes within the FoxO signaling pathway and p53 signaling pathway in the ON, and the PPAR signaling pathway and p53 signaling pathway in the RTN, showed a trend of progressive attenuation as AG was increased from 0 G to 1 G ( Figure 4 a–d).
This would be highly significant in the clinical trial sphere to ensure that treatments are assessed effectively.
TC and TG showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing.
Second, while we were able to identify highly significant changes in core metabolic pathways within well-annotated regions of the 1 H-NMR spectra, a substantial portion of the spectra contributing to the differences between patients with SMA and healthy controls, as well as SMA subtypes, comprise a non-annotated protein background, which is currently beyond the scope of our method.
However, anthocyanins under blue light treatment exhibited an increasing trend followed by a decrease, peaking at 75.34 μg/g (FW) at the mid-culture stage (25 d), which is only 66.67% of the WT level.
The results demonstrated a significant increase in the contents of proanthocyanidins and flavonoids in p VdLAR1 -overexpressing transgenic cell lines, while anthocyanin levels showed a decreasing trend.
In one study, periprostatic fat collected from patients who received six months of ADT treatments showed a significant trend of pro-inflammatory, obesity-like adipose tissue [ 236 ].
The statistical significance was calculated using an unpaired Student’s t -test and GraphPad software (Prism 10 for macOS, version 10.0.0), and shown as ns p ≥ 0.05 (statistically non-significant), * p < 0.05 (statistically significant), ** p < 0.01 (statistically very significant), and *** p < 0.001 (statistically highly significant). 5.
