The matrix Spearman’s correlation test is shown in Table 2 ; a positive trend of significance was found when GFAP serum levels were correlated with the symptom hyperactivity.

A decreasing trend in the metastatic CRC (mCRC) has been observed during the last years after the introduction of screening programs.

The effect of OXC on oxidative stress is quite significant.

However, when hsa-miR-193b-3p was overexpressed, we observed a decreasing trend in SLC2A2 /GLUT2 expression, suggesting lower glucose uptake, which may contribute to hyperglycemia, a feature associated with the plasma increase in hsa-miR-193b-3p in humans.

DEGs related to ethylene biosynthesis and signaling pathways showed a trend of upregulation during the seed germination process of P. cyrtonema Hua ( Figure 6 ).

Ten DEGs annotated as CTK biosynthesis and metabolic and signaling genes were found ( Figure 8 ) and showed an increasing trend, mainly in the ES stage ( Figure 2 ), which was consistent with the TZR content, implying that CTK may have a positive role in the seed emergence process.

In contrast, HPLC-MS clearly detected significant changes in intracellular carbohydrate concentrations, showing an increasing trend followed by a decreasing trend.
