Simultaneously, the highest cell viability after the five-day exposure in the senescent fibroblasts was achieved with 50 μM of TRSV ( Figure S1H ), while metformin showed a trend to increase cell viability ( Figure S1D ) and rapamycin-treated fibroblasts demonstrated no change at all ( Figure S1L ).

In contrast, the situation in Asian countries is the opposite, and the overall incidence still shows an increasing trend [ 2 , 3 ].
