RT-qPCR analysis of MeFT1 transcript abundance demonstrated a highly significant ( P≤0 . 001 ) increase in MeFT1 transcript levels in leaves at 60 days after establishment in soil, with a 10-fold increase registered by both transgenic plant lines compared to leaves of non-transgenic control plants ( Fig 1 ).

Results Evolutionary allometry The multivariate regression of Procrustes coordinates (PRC) on centroid size (CS) is highly significant ( F 1, 42 = 32.18; P <0.001), accounting for 12.93% of total shape variation ( Fig. 2 ).
In the M1 cortex, this increase in neuronal density was accompanied by a highly significant thinning of both the M1 (F(Genotype) 1,31 = 67.164, p<.001; Fig. 7F ) and somatosensory (S1) cortex (F(Genotype) 1,30 = 41.368, p<.001).
The differences between the values from the 3T3BXB-ER cells as well as the differences between 3T3 and 3T3BXB-ER cells were highly significant (p≤0.001), resulting in a decreased nuclear volume by ∼40% in estrogen treated BXB-ER cells.
A Pearson correlation between log HR tot and the compactness ratios showed a highly significant negative association among the two parameters, indicating that larger home ranges become increasingly linearly shaped (r = -0.73; 95% CI = -0.90, -0.37; p = 0.001).
Remarkably, there was a highly significant correlation (Spearman’s rho = 0.95, p<0.001) between BRCA1 and BRCA2 expression in the 19 cell lines ( Table 1 ), suggesting that these genes are co-regulated in HNSCC, similar to what has been shown in mammary epithelial cells [35] .
The mixed model analysis of variance revealed highly significant effects of species and of treatment on T leaf ( Table 1 ; p < 0.001).
As shown in Table 2 , for all gambling activities, the regression fit was highly significant with p < .001 and with each regression explaining between 41% and 51% of the variance in the data.
Specifically, the relationships between the two smallest size classes (50–75 μm and 75–100 μm) of zooplankton and the larval fish density were highly significant ( p < 0.001 and p = 0.001; Fig 3A and 3B , S3 Table ).
The statistical analysis of independent sample t-tests revealed that compared with the baseline YOLOv5s, all four key metrics of the improved model showed extremely significant differences ( p < 0.001), and the large effect sizes (Cohen’s d = 4.29–6.82) indicated strong practical significance.
This between-species difference is highly significant (p<0.001; t-test; N = 8, ambient temperature: 22–24°C).
In addition to the left ventral striatum, this whole-brain regression analysis revealed a highly significant negative relation (p<.001) between AVS and activity in anterior insula and left midbrain, overlapping with the ventral tegmental area (VTA, Figs. 2ce and Table 2 ).
The resulting quadratic function (y = .091x 2 –1.491x + 9.980) was highly significant, explaining 74.06% of the variance ( r = .86; F (2, 1118) = 1596.3, p < .001) (see Fig 2 ).
However, after including log(followers), the coefficients of all three sentiment measures underwent a fundamental transformation, consistently becoming highly significant negative values (RoBERTa: beta = −0.430, p < 0.001; SnowNLP: beta = −0.388, p < 0.001; PCA: beta = −0.403, p < 0.001).
Results Quantitative variation in biomass and related traits A highly significant variation (p < 0.001) was observed among genotypes for all agronomic traits each and across years (Tables 2 and 3 ).
0.26), and the intergroup differences were highly significant (p<0.001).
Furthermore, highly significant reductions of both the E058Δ iucA Δ iutA and E058Δ iucC Δ iutA double mutants were observed in all five tested tissues ( P <0.001).
Differences between urban and rural farms were highly significant (P<0.001) but negligible in magnitude (difference in overall means: <1 degree F).
However, we observed a highly significant difference in the duration of the experiment after controlling for age (ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 9.489, p < .001, mean 2-AFC = 206.20 sec, mean 4-AFC = 135.37 sec, Fig 8 ), indicating completing 30 trials in a 4-AFC task takes considerably less time than completing 60 trials in a 2-AFC task even though the average trial duration in the 4-AFC was significantly longer than in the 2-AFC experiment (mean 2-AFC = 3.44 sec, mean 4-AFC = 4.51 sec, ANCOVA: F(2,89) = 4.682, p = .01).
The distribution for MR-pro-ADM ( Fig 1 ) showed a significant trend within PSI (p<0.001) and CURB65 (p<0.001) classes, increasing with the increase of the two score classes, i.e. the higher the risk class, the higher MR-pro-ADM values.
Average performance time (t) Regarding the overall performance time, we found a highly significant difference between the glaucoma subgroups GCp, GPp, and GPf (p<0.001, Table 1 ).
The statistical results showed that the difference in evaporation between the covered group and the control groups was extremely significant (t (1) = 189.1, p < 0.001).
MRT x trial interaction was extremely significant (P<0.001).
This difference in the average marginal effects (AMEs) is highly significant according to a Wald test (-.11 SD, p < .001, 95% CI [-.13, -.08]), which provides strong evidence that smaller individual concerns about health risks imply a larger effect of social norms on preventive behaviour, supporting H4.
100-Seed weight (swg) showed highly significant variation among EMS treatments (P < 0.001).
