While similar numbers of the mutant from low dose challenge were present in the lungs at day 2 PI, recovery dropped off to significantly fewer numbers by day 4 PI ( P <0.05), and to a highly significant difference by day 7 PI ( P <0.005) ( Fig. 10A ).
Excerpts
PRLR −/− mice exhibited a basal body weight lower than those of wild type mice [15] , but PEG-SMLA treatment induced a similar highly significant ( p< 0.005) increased mass change in the WT and PRLR −/− treated mice ( Figure 1A ), which was quantified in Figure 1B .
Strikingly, GEN3 ( Figure 6A ) as well as primary PDC ( Figure 6B ) pulsed with flu-B cells induced a highly significant increase of IFNγ secretion by T cells, when compared to non-treated B cells (p<0,005, student t test).
The additional highly significant space-time interaction of zooplankton communities (r 2 = 0.178, p<0.005) suggested that sites behaved differently over time.
Throughout the dates, varroa load was highly significant in colonies of the treated cornfields compared to those of the untreated ones (T = 2.81, P = 0.005) ( Table 2 ).
This higher Ecklonia cover was found to be highly significant when assessed using PERMANOVA across the six marine reserves with fished reference sites ( P = 0.005, Table 6 ).
All were extremely significant ( p = 0.005, p = 0.005, p = 0.000, p = 0.003).
The increase in TSLPR expression was highly significant in the ICL group (p<0.005), even though the frequency of TSLPR+ cells remained relatively low (median value: 2.7%; range: 1.2%–10.3%).
As expected, time post-infection was a highly significant predictor of bacterial load after infection; each of the 10 bacteria proliferated over the course of infection ( Fig 3 , S2 Table ; ANOVA p < 0.005 in all cases).
The linear regression of overall bacterial NMS axis 1 against arcsq-transformed % IC was highly significant (F 1,12 = 11.88, R 2 = 0.50, p -value = 0.005) ( Fig. 3 ).
approached significancep = 0.005
Although both the brain injury and spinal cord injury groups had a higher proportion of males compared to the other group, this difference approached significance (p = 0.005 for both), (see Table 2 for details).
showed a trendp = 0.005
Patients with CDI + UC showed a trend of increasing relative abundance 3-mos. post-transplant (12.23, 95%CI 4.17 to 20.28, p = 0.005), but did not reach significance with the Bonferroni correction.
There was a highly significant improvement in fatigue at week 4, compared to baseline, in the group on the active drug (p = 0.005), and an almost significant improvement in the placebo treated group, p = 0.053 (Friedman Test), Figure 2 .
The correlation between genetic similarity and the taxonomic distance was found highly significant ( r = −0. 50 ; P = 0.005).
We found the highly significant three-way interaction between species, time, and BMCS presence (F = 3.864, P = 0.005).
When evaluating the individual average contributions over all periods across PCC and FR, we find that there is a highly significant difference across these two treatments (Non-parametric Mann Whitney test, z = -2.791, p = 0.005).
The NS clonal line showed a significant effect of H 2 O 2 exposure on average number of tentacles present on days 5–12 (p<0.05), with highly significant effects on days 5, 11, and 12 (p<0.005).
Results and Discussion The grey square was judged as brighter following a musical prime with positive valence and darker following a musical prime with negative valence ( Fig 4 ), as indicated by the highly significant effect of valence, F (1,19) = 12.12, p < 0.005.
Using band densitometry to compare relative expression levels, we found that, on average, signature envelope expression was 2.5-fold higher than non-signature envelope expression; the difference in signal intensity between the two groups was highly significant (p<.005).
These covariates were all highly significant (p<0.005), and accounted for 38.9% of variability in log e mean CIMT.
The overall AMOVA test also showed a highly significant effect of land use ( P <0.005).
Nevertheless, the effect of forest damage was highly significant in permutation-based ANOVAs for both DWA groups ( P = 0.005 in both cases).
The correlation coefficients of all regression lines relating changes in HR to changes in MAP were highly significant (P<0.005) and ranged from 0.89 to 0.99.
As shown in Fig 4A , RGDS-FNIII9/10 coated PLA-nanoparticles bound more or were more endocytosed by HT-1080 than KGES-FNIII9/10 particles (twice) and blank nanocarriers (8 times), but the difference was only highly significant (P<0.005) at the highest concentration (1 million PLA nanoparticles/cell).
However, when compared to DMSO, the inhibitions by P2, P6, P7 and P8 were highly significant ( p <0.005).
