Modification of the Combs prognostic score In the multivariate analyses KPS, dose group, and MGMT were significant; PTV and re-resection were borderline significant ( Table 4 ).
Excerpts
Although it was not clearly linked to any baseline characteristics associated with poor prognosis, MDM2 had borderline significance associated with negative regional lymph node involvement, which is generally a favorable prognostic factor.
[ 3 – 7 , 10 , 11 , 13 , 17 , 22 ] We should bear in mind that other factors, especially above two factors may be significant depending on the patient landscape and context of the study.
This may be significant in case of the random stimuli, where lack of continuity between successive presentations of the dot may lead to each being treated as a new stimulus.
All but two of the included studies showed a trend towards a decrease in the number of children with a disorganised attachment pattern, with the odds ratios ranged from 0.18 to 0.97 and the effect sizes varied from large effects (0.95) [ 28 , 42 ] and (0.92) [ 35 ] to very small effect sizes (0.02) [ 33 ] and 0.07 [ 31 ] with the others having a medium or large effect [ 46 ].
The benefits of this outreach, which may be significant, were not included here.
As for the internalizing group, a borderline significant-difference was observed in the activity factor, which might suggest that the differences are too minute to be observed in our pilot study.
In multivariate analysis, female sex had borderline significance while risk was increased in centers with more than 20 cases ( Table 4 ).
Conclusions Despite the fact that our analysis was based on the assumption that respondents had a good relationship with their children, the findings of this study still showed a trend towards preference for living in the vicinity of adult children in urban China.
Preference for living in a nursing home The final model showed that for predicting the choice of living in a nursing home, the only variable that approached significance was the number of surviving children.
P <0.05 and P <0.01 were set as highly significant and significantly different, respectively.
There were highly significant correlations in all comparisons between order-level MiSeq and Roche 454 analyses.
Correlation plots of the three diet-significant modules examining module memberships plotted against gene significance show the data are well correlated and highly significant ( Fig 5c ).
With increasing percent body fat, White, Hispanic and Other races showed an increasing trend of pelvic aBMD, while it decreased in African Americans ( Fig 2C ).
In the snack block, almost the same tendency was found, but fixed-effect of “Choice” was not significant and of interaction between “Look” and “Choice” was only marginally significant.
The model results summarized in Table 4 indicate that monolingual French listeners’ performance on non-word foils was higher than 0 (intercept); monolingual French listeners’ performance showed a trend towards being lower on part-word foils than on non-word foils (marginal simple effect of foil type); monolingual English listeners’ performance on non-word foils was lower than monolingual French listeners’ performance on the same foils (simple effect of L1); and bilingual French listeners’ performance on non-word foils was lower than monolingual French listeners’ performance on the same foils (simple effect of bilingual status).
A significance test showed that the effects of the interaction on NHI, NIE, ANUE, RE N , PNUE, and SNDR reached a highly significant level ( Table 7 ).
Under W2, the dry matter and N accumulation, as well as the yield, showed an increasing trend with an increase in N application, and the NIE and RE N of N3 showed no difference from N2.
) challenge and 2-DG treatment in vitro ( Fig 5A and 5B ) showing a highly significant and dose-dependent reduction in IL-10 secretion after co-incubation with 2-DG ( Fig 5A ) with an increase in IL-12p40 secretion ( Fig 5B ). 2-DG reduces bacterial burden and granulomatous lesions in liver and spleen of L . m .-challenged BALB/c mice To further evaluate the physiological relevance of the altered cytokine production mediated by 2-DG, we tested the effect of 2-DG in a well-established mouse infection model.
The quantification of CGRP positive labelled cells showed a trend towards higher CGRP expression levels in retrieved aDRG than eDRG ( Fig 2M ).
There was a tendency for this difference to be larger after negative mood induction, but the Attention group x Mood Induction effect: F(1,86) = 3.6, p = .06, η p 2 = .04) was only marginally significant.
We also show that forelimb and hindlimb cells have inherent adhesive differences and that this may be significant in the generation of limb-type morphologies.
One of these proteins, L-plastin, was confirmed by Western blot and four proteins (fructose-bisphosphate aldolase, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase, phosphoglycerate kinase, and pyruvate kinase), related to glucose metabolism approached significance during validation.
In the Student-t test results, p ≤ 0.05 indicates a significant difference, and p ≤ 0.01 indicates a highly significant difference.
As the mean probability of observing codes increases, the number of sampling steps declines rapidly with a decreasing trend to below 10 for all number of codes.
