An Analysis of Covariance (ANCOVA) was run showing statistically highly significant effects for food quantity (p<0.001) and quality (p<0.001).
Excerpts
Results After the Barlett-test was highly significant (p < .001) and the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin-test confirmed the adequacy of sampling (KMO = .855), the first PCA with orthogonal rotation was used to confirm the one factor solution of the CNS.
The most frequent model (59.04% of the simulations) had a medium-high correlation (Rho = 0.595) and was statistically highly significant (p<0.001) using five environmental variables: sea surface temperature, cloud fraction (max), photosynthetically available radiation (medium), dissolved oxygen in seawater and water clarity.
For bacteria, the linear regression model was highly significant in each region ( P <0.001, Fig. 2 ) except in Landes where it was just below the significance threshold of 5% ( P <0.02).
There was no difference in operative stay/TBSA% between the TBSA% groups (p = 0.64), but there was a highly significant difference in total stay/TBSA% between the TBSA% groups (p<0.001).
The test meal led to a highly significant rise in plasma CCK-LI concentration 20 and 60 min thereafter (main effect of meal: F = 18.46, p<.001, eta 2 = .45) and did not exceed the normal response ( Figure 1 ).
The analyzed group of new-borns did not reach statistical significance, 108 out of 113 new-borns (first 28 days of life) showed no discrepancies and only five cases were discrepant (P < 0,001).
To compare between all conditions we performed a Friedman’s ANOVA test, which was highly significant ( F r (5) = 46.21, p <0.001), indicating that our image treatments were influencing perception of scale.
Assessment of heterogeneity and meta-analysis Highly significant heterogeneity was detected when all studies were pooled (chi-squared = 110.45, I 2 = 71.9%, p<0.001), then the source of heterogeneity was explored using meta-regression analysis.
Highly significant effects of time (p<0.001) were detected for each trill feature ( Fig 8 ) except for trill entropy where a significant effect only was observed (p<0.05) and for the trill mean interval duration that did not change with time (p = 0.1903).
The difference in IC50 between laboratory 12 (45) and the other PSV laboratories (1284) was highly significant (p<0.001, paired t-test) while the difference between lab 12 and the laboratories performing PBMC assays (36) was not (p = 0.29) ( Figure S3 ).
These differences in response rates are highly significant (urban areas: χ 2 (1) = 49.470, p < 0.001; rural areas: χ 2 (1) = 23.837, p < 0.001).
[ 39 ] from the same samples, a Spearman rank-order correlation shows a highly significant correlation ( p <.001) with correlation coefficients of ρ > 0.8, further supporting our data.
This non-linear relationship was confirmed by a Generalized Additive Model, which demonstrated that the smooth term for glucose was highly significant (p < 0.001), indicating a complex, non-linear interaction between these biomarkers.
This enrichment was statistically highly significant (two-way ANOVA, P<0.001).
The differences between the four frequencies were highly significant ( Χ 2 = 139.68, df = 3, p < 0.001), and so was the pairwise difference between the recommendations made for the Democratic and Republican parties ( z = 5.05, p < 0.001).
We found a highly significant negative effect of timing (β = -0.206; 95% confidence interval = [-0.213,-0.199]; t (58478) = -55.88; p < 0.001), with a smaller random effect of image identity (β = 0.101; CI = [0.093, 0.109]).
There was a clear trend for NRI to increase with increasing stem size of trees ( P < 0.001, Cochran-Armitage test for trend for either seedlings in forest gaps, saplings, treelets and trees or seedlings in forest understory, saplings, treelets and trees; Fig 1 ), indicating an increasing trend in phylogenetic clustering from seedling stratum to forest canopy stratum, regardless of whether seedlings are defined as individuals with DBH < 1 cm or as individuals of < 50 cm in height (compare Fig 1 with S3 Fig ).
In these calculations, the NRI is estimated at 0.16 and the IDI at 0.05, both of which are highly significant ( p <0.001).
There was a significant trend (linear trend: F (1,17) = 57.302, P <0.001; quadratic trend: F (1,17) = 8.250, P = 0.011).
Comparison of cfDNA between MASLD and healthy controls revealed a highly significant difference in hepatocyte proportions (p < 0.001), while no statistically significant differences were observed for the other cell types.
The subsequent signal-detection theory-based analysis bolstered this finding by revealing only a highly significant interceptor effect ( F [1, 13] ≈ 243.8, p < 0.001) for the AUC, but no significant effects for the criterion ( F [1, 13] ≈ 2.2, p > 0.05).
This model was highly significant in predicting vowel category (short vs. long) based on the duration of each vowel, Estimate = 0.004, Error = 0.0001, z = 37.66, p <0.001.
