Adjusted and unadjusted subscale results were also similar ( Table 5 ); only two scores shifted from marginally significant to non-significant: prototype A1 compared to the 3M 1870 on the discomfort subscale and prototype B2 compared to the 3M 1860 on the wearing experience subscale.
Excerpts
Conclusions Findings from this study, together with earlier findings, suggest that there has been an increasing trend in health complaints among adolescents in Norway from 1994 to 2014, especially among older adolescent girls.
The CD4 + cell counts in both the treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced groups displayed an increasing trend throughout the treatment period; the CD4 + cell counts were maintained at over 500 cells/μL after 36 months in treatment-naïve patients and after 48 months in treatment-experienced patients.
Conclusions From 2006 to 2015, an increasing trend in the number of patients with AF undergoing PCI was observed.

When point PAs are included in the analysis, a few countries show switches in their estimated trends: for example, Uzbekistan moves from a neutral to a positive trend for permanent water inside PAs despite general loss outside, due to a reported protection of over 5 thousand square kilometres in the Aydar-Arnasay Lakes.
These changes were highly significant and comparable across sequences and groups, as indicated by a significant effect of block ( F (6.94, 326.03) = 20.91, p < .001) with no significant effect of sequence , group nor any interaction ( F < 1.24, p > .25).
The significance levels were as follows: 0.01<p≤0.05, significant, indicated by *; 0.001<p≤0.01, very significant, indicated by **; p≤0.001, highly significant, indicated by ***.
These previous observations and our own data showing highly significant association of rs579459 in Caucasians suggest that our results are not due to population stratification.
The pupilometry results revealed relatively robust (in terms of effect sizes) and highly significant changes related to mavoglurant treatment.
The prevalence of AR shows an increasing trend worldwide, especially among school-aged children [ 1 , 2 ].
We also caution that there may be significant pitfalls in drawing conclusions from a single type of genomics data.

Ideally, when a positive trend in the rate of evolution towards the present applies ( Fig 1 , middle), the slope of the rates versus age regression would be larger than any BM slopes ( Fig 2 ).
Importantly and encouragingly, we observed a significant trend of increasing ULT use from 55.6% in Stage 1–2 to 77.4% in Stage 4–5, evidence that supports better recognition and treatment of gout in this high-risk population.
In our cohort, FLT1 C/C had a trend towards significance in the entire cohort and did predict inferior PFS in IMDC intermediate risk patients.
After adjustment, a 10% increase in leptin from baseline was correlated with a highly significant increase in limb fat mass at week 48 independently of treatment arm.
During this period, average annual water regulation amount was about 16.52 billion m 3 /yr, with an increasing trend of 0.21 billion m 3 /yr.
Sand fixation showed a decreasing trend mainly because of decreased wind speeds.
In the analysis of the heterogeneity of the treatment arms in the baseline schoolgirls, we found the CI for the HIV prevalence in the CCT versus control changed enough that the borderline significant difference shown in the original analysis is now non-significant by a small margin.
The effect of the cash transfer program on HIV prevalence was not statistically significant, but highly significant for HSV-2 prevalence by permutation test.
However, as the age increases, subjects with age 40–64 showed borderline significance (95% CI, 1.00–2.24) and the subjects with age greater than 65 having a higher prevalence of dementia showed statistical significance.
Discussion Using a nationally representative data set, this study found that the age-standardized mortality of AD and other forms of dementia showed a decreasing trend of prevalence from 2010 to 2015.
In Europe and America, the prevalence of dementia was reported to be stable or decreasing over the last decades, attributing to secular improvement of educational level, population-level reduction in vascular risk factors, and overall reduction in stroke incidence[ 17 – 21 ].However, a number of studies showed an increasing trend in dementia prevalence in Mainland China and Hong Kong[ 22 – 24 ].
There was a small positive correlation between second language proficiency and deliberate reasoning score, reaching significance only in the foreign language condition and being only marginally significant in the switching language condition.
Highly significant correlation (R 2 = 0.94) between the FPKM and 2 -ΔΔCt values of these 27 single-copy genes ( Fig 4 , Table F in S1 File ) demonstrated the reliability of the RNA-seq data in our study.
Third, by using relative width values [ 19 ], we determined whether the pattern of decrease in cementum annuli width showed a trend similar to those seen in other mammals [ 1 ].
