Additionally, in the cortex region a decreasing trend for the deposition of gallotannins from 5GG to 9GG is resolved as shown in Fig. 3d .
Excerpts
To analyze the signs of selection in detail, we detected SNPs from the regions spanning these genes with highly significant effects (SNPs located in untranslated regions (UTRs), exon, and downstream/upstream of the gene).
In the case of U%, human H1N1 (blue) and H3N2 (brown) have already reached the B’s level, and only pH1N1 (green) shows an increasing trend toward B.
In particular, the effect might be significant when the size of the mPOI sequence is similar to that of tag-sequences.
The results revealed a highly significant association between the 54-bp insertion mutation and body weight, shank diameter, and shank length.
Our breast cancer mouse model analysis revealed a slightly significant association between genes upregulated in P3.5 basal cells and with Wnt overexpression.
An interesting trend emerges when comparing these LD 50 values to the binding energy trends reported in Fig. 5 of the present study.
P < 0.05 was considered significant, and P < 0.01 was considered highly significant.
a clear trendgold
The results show a clear trend: Pb compounds have lower conduction band mass and higher valence band mass in relation to the Sn counterparts.
Results and Discussion Total organic carbon and total nitrogen concentration The organic carbon content in the surface sediments shows an increasing trend from approximately 0.5% at the fjord head to nearly 2% at the mouth.
For the R2* analyses, four studies reported a significant increase 3 or an increasing trend 20 27 29 , whereas one showed a decreasing trend 30 .
In particular, Actinobacteria (phylum), Actinobacteria, unclassified 4C0d.2 and Betaproteobacteria (class), Actinomycetales, unclassified MLE1.12 and Lactobacillales (order), showed a trend towards increased abundance in Trial subjects compared with Control subjects by paired t-test ( Fig. 1B ).
For instance, there may be significant variations with respect to design, sample size and patient selection which cannot be incorporated by our network meta-analysis.
The lesion area size showed an increasing trend from WT to ΔThc6 , ΔThph1 and ΔThph2 ; however, the lesion was comparatively reduced in the maize treated with the WT strain compared with the maize treated with the mutants ( Supplementary Fig. 8C ).
MCP-1 showed a higher concentration in mice exposed to DFO treated cells and IL-6 further exhibited a highly significant increase of expression in DFO exposed cells in comparison to those treated in environmental hypoxic or normoxic conditions ( Fig. 4 ).
Differences were considered significant when p- values were <0.05 and a difference with P < 0.001 was considered highly significant.
The absorption coefficient data of seven DNA samples (293 T, M-293T, PC3, A431, A549, MCF-7, and SNU-1) showed a trend of ice in the THz range but indicated bumps around 1.6 THz.
a slight trendgold
The addition of Dex in different concentrations (0, 10^1, 10^2, 10^3 nM) to C57BL/6 mice OBLs did not significantly influence the bone nodule forming capacity of these cells, however a slight trend of dose response could be observed (higher doses of Dex seemed to induce more calcium deposition) ( Fig. 5a,b ).
Inspired by this special “three-layer” structure, it may be significant to develop and research new membranes in order to improve the monovalent anion selectivity and antifouling property.
Odds ratios for edentulism and self-rated health were quantitatively similar to the main analyses and showed a trend for association in the 31–49 years and 50–60 years age groups ( eTable 2 ).
Increases in levels of other Th1 cytokines such as IFN-γ and TNF-α were hardly significant in all treatment groups compared to the mice treated with saline control ( Supplementary Figure 1a,b ), suggesting that Th1-mediated inflammation was mild.
Additional analyses indicated that the simple main effects of cue type in the 4-month-olds ( F (1, 38) = 4.20, p = 0.047, η p 2 = 0.10) was significant and that of infant age under the upper-original condition ( F (1, 76) = 2.964, p = 0.089, η p 2 = 0.04) was marginally significant.
Moreover, although the supplementary analysis revealed a partially significant preference for implied direction in the younger infants, the analyses using the smaller sample (Experiment 1, 2 and 3a) revealed no significant preference in this group.
These correlations remain highly significant after the exclusion of the Northeast Siberian group with the highest AMY2A deletion frequency (data not shown).
an overall trendgold
We observed an overall trend of higher proportions of escTSSs containing peaks compared to that of X_bg ( Fig. 3B ).
