For instance, there may be significant variations with respect to design, sample size and patient selection which cannot be incorporated by our network meta-analysis.

The lesion area size showed an increasing trend from WT to ΔThc6 , ΔThph1 and ΔThph2 ; however, the lesion was comparatively reduced in the maize treated with the WT strain compared with the maize treated with the mutants ( Supplementary Fig. 8C ).
