As noted above, overactivation of the JAK-STAT pathway observed during development in these studies, and its relevance in kidney diseases of different etiologies in adults is highly significant for future translational studies and for developing intervention(s).

The FA results obtained by LC–MS showed a trend towards increased levels of long (16–20 carbons) and very long (≥ 22 carbons) chain FAs in PCSCs as compared to P cells (Fig. 3 c).

Additionally, after adjusting for the APOE genotype, only marginal significance was found at the cross-sectional level between NfL and CCS (in the whole population and the NC group) while in the MCI group, significant cross-sectional association was found between NfL and DSST-WAISR (β = − 0.04, 95% CI [− 0.07, − 0.01]).

Correlation analyses indicated a highly significant relationship between eccentric strength measurements on either device and participants’ body mass (Fig. 2 c).

With the increase of temperature, the pore radius, throat radius and maximum coordination number all show an increasing trend: At 700 °C, the pore and throat are skewed distribution, with relatively few large pores and throats.

Besides, we also detected a slight trend to a decrease in MHC class II expression on HD’s CD14 + cells stimulated with Mtb -Ag in the presence of PGE2 (Fig. 2 E).

As a result, there are partially significant differences between the study results.
