There was a notable trend toward lengthening of the 3’UTR in cancer cells ( P = 5.59 × 10 −20 ), with COL1A2 emerging once more as the most prominent finding ( P corr =7.48 × 10 −47 , 61% change) (Figs. 3b, c and 4f ).
Comparison of the WP and ACRG subclusters revealed that 67.39% (31/46) of MSS/EMT patients corresponded to the EMT cluster, whereas 73.42% (58/79) of MSS/TP53+ patients associated with the metabolism cluster, contributing to a highly significant statistical correlation between WP subclassification and ACRG subtyping ( P = 4.6 × 10 −19 ) (Tables S4 and S5 , Fig. 3A,B ).
Language Related to Self-experience Could Infer Clinical Symptoms CCA conducted in the training sample revealed a highly significant relationship between language features and the PANSS ( r = .62, P < 10 −18 ; figure 3A ), and those linear combinations of the PANSS subscales and language factors were validated in the testing set ( r = .59, P < 10 −6 ; 3B).
There are higher D2:B6 ratios in the CpG high sequence density regions than in the low, and because there are so many more sites without mutations, the effect is highly significant (p = 4.11e−18), but the increase is much smaller than that found in regions with mutations (mean ratio in high: 0.034, mean ratio in low: −0.001).
Analysis of the gene expression levels in multiple breast cancer cell lines ( Figure 3A , Figure 3—figure supplement 1A ) revealed weak but statistically highly significant correlations between the levels of MEMO1 and TFR1 (p = 4.6E-18), TFR2 (p = 1.8E-14), and PLOD1 (p = 1.8E-33).
The difference between these two slopes was highly significant ( t (72) = −11.5; p = 6.1×10 −18 ).
Whereas, RNA M of newly reported Chinese isolate YNKM-2 had one highly significant recombination event ( P -value = 6.586 × 10 − 18 ) spanning from 3111 to 3811 bp (without gaps), detected by seven algorithms i.e., RDP, GeneConv, Bootscan, MaxChi, CHIMAERA, SisScan, and 3SEQ.
Using this approach, we found that the positive association between CAI and logPPR was highly significant ( G = 72.977, df = 1, P = 1.31e-17).
The changes in AUC-ROC were not statistically significant (DeLong p -values of 0.922, 0.902, and 0.750 respectively); however, the McNemar test was highly significant ( p = 1.39 × 10 −17 , 5.23 × 10 −30 , 2.25 × 10 −24 ).
The effect of the stimulation level was highly significant (two-way ANOVA, F 2, 54 = 84.53, p = 2.3 × 10 −17 ).
DAPs Are Involved in Wound Repair and Blood Coagulation Are Associated with Hydration Protein–protein interaction analyses of DAPs using STRING [ 19 ] resulted in a highly significant clustering (PPI enrichment value of p < 1.0 × 10 −16 ) consisting of 34 nodes and 126 edges ( Figure 2 ).
The resulting network comprised 78 nodes and 254 edges, exhibiting a highly significant PPI enrichment ( p < 1.0e-16, Figure 4 ).
Each result is highly significant ( p < 10 −16 , for each predictor.
The protein–protein interaction enrichment was highly significant ( p -values < 1.0 × 10 –16 ) for both #BiAll-93 and #MonoAll-2.13 (Supplementary Table 4a, b), and most of the proteins grouping together were linked to six distinct biological functions (Fig. 3 d–f). #BiAll-93 and #MonoAll-2.13 cells shared a cluster, representing the combination of four Gene Ontology (GO) terms that were associated to stress response, cell adhesion and proliferation, and processes of cellular and organismal development.
