The distribution of iHS scores for the entirety of the chromosome 12 iHS values (minus the LRRK2 locus) was bootstrapped and suggested that this cluster was highly significant compared to scores for the rest of the chromosome ( p = 4.50 × 10 −18 ).

Analysis of the gene expression levels in multiple breast cancer cell lines ( Figure 3A , Figure 3—figure supplement 1A ) revealed weak but statistically highly significant correlations between the levels of MEMO1 and TFR1 (p = 4.6E-18), TFR2 (p = 1.8E-14), and PLOD1 (p = 1.8E-33).
The difference between these two slopes was highly significant ( t (72) = −11.5; p = 6.1×10 −18 ).
Whereas, RNA M of newly reported Chinese isolate YNKM-2 had one highly significant recombination event ( P -value = 6.586 × 10 − 18 ) spanning from 3111 to 3811 bp (without gaps), detected by seven algorithms i.e., RDP, GeneConv, Bootscan, MaxChi, CHIMAERA, SisScan, and 3SEQ.

DAPs Are Involved in Wound Repair and Blood Coagulation Are Associated with Hydration Protein–protein interaction analyses of DAPs using STRING [ 19 ] resulted in a highly significant clustering (PPI enrichment value of p < 1.0 × 10 −16 ) consisting of 34 nodes and 126 edges ( Figure 2 ).

Acquisition and analysis of intersection targets of ROSA and CHIKV- The PPI analysis of the CHIKV disease target network revealed a total of 502 nodes and 1,386 edges, with a highly significant p-value of < 1.0e-16 ( Figure 2A ).
Starting with the GO gene sets, we found a highly significant enrichment in genes related to the innate immune response particularly (p = 1.×10 −16 , FDR = 1.36 × 10 −12 ).

This evidence of highly significant PPIs (actual edges = 1015, expected edges = 405, P < 1.0 × 10 −16 ) and highly ASD-relevant GO BP enrichment showcases a clear example of how the PFC sex*genotype DE genes are embedded within a complex systems-level biological pathology that integrates abnormalities along these key processes and pathways.
In each of the hippocampus, amygdala, thalamus, caudate, nucleus accumbens, and brainstem, one or more diffusion metrics were highly significant with P < 10 −16 .
This up-regulation was highly significant on meta-analysis (Fisher’s combined P = 1.4 × 10 −16 , Fig. 2C ).
