The analysis reveals a highly significant correlation between the two methods (Pearson's coefficient of correlation = −0.5614, 95% upper limit = −0.4558, 95% lower limit = −0.5614, p<0.0001) that supports the use of normalized 454 counts as a measure of relative gene expression across groups.
Together, these results depicted that the obtained linear model was highly significant ( p -value < 0.0001) and a lack of fit showed no significance ( p -value > 0.05).
Despite significant mixing between Vashon and Whidbey populations with the mainland ( Fig 3 ), the expanded regression model shows a large and highly significant negative contribution of remote geography to cumulative COVID-19 rates in the Puget Sound region: -49 cases/K (p<0.0001).
However, when we compare the cumulative data for all time points of the pooled control (negative and solvent control) to the replicates of the positive control, the difference for the moved distance between these two groups was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, Fig. 3 ).
The Chi-squared test revealed a highly significant association between species (species represented by >50 cases) and causes of death (x 2 = 97.95; df = 12; p < 0.0001), indicating that mortality patterns varied considerably between taxa.
nose position in HC and TC (Figures 3C,D ) indicated highly significant body posture differences (slope differences: U = 143; P < 0.0001) in shocked vs. non-shocked mice in the first 15 min after reopening the door (Figure 3E ).
Main Effects of Stress Factors on MigraineID All three stress factors (CHA, RLE, FINANC) showed highly significant ( p < 0.0001) main effects on migraineID with more severe stress increasing the prevalence of migraineID.
Correlations were also highly significant (p=0.0001) for NFF among different trails, with the coefficients ranging from 0.36 to 0.46.
Based on the data obtained, there is an increasing trend in the expression of the E2F2 gene in the MACI1 subset (in comparison to the MAIC2 group, Fig. 6 , P < 0.0001).
Highly significant relationships were identified for both parameters ( P <.0001).
Follow up analysis showed that the simple main effect of WML on accuracy is highly significant in both the neutral affective state ( F (1.465, 20.515) = 42.30, p < 0.0001, partial η 2 = 0.751) and negative affective state ( F (1.352, 20.28) = 50.624, p < 0.0001, partial η 2 = 0.771).
The main effect of group was highly significant [ F (1, 83) = 174.84; p < 0.0001].
This difference is highly significant (p = 0.0001), confirming the better tolerance of anticoagulant treatment with LMWH.
The regression model is highly significant ( p < 0.0001), but the out-of-fit phase is not significant, with R 2 of 0.9741, indicating that the model fits well and can reasonably predict the taxanes yield within the ranges of the variables [ 33 ].
When these findings were compared with previously reported data for Nthy-ori 3–1 and TPC-1 cell lines ( 12 ), analysis of variance (ANOVA) with Tukey’s post-hoc test demonstrated highly significant differences in Roundup ® sensitivity among all four thyroid cell lines (p < 0.0001).
We observed a highly significant linear correlation between the cycle threshold (Ct) of both genes (beta-actin vs GAPDH, r = 0.912, F (1,46) = 157.73, p < 0.0001).
Compared to the control group, the study group males showed a mean decrease in weight of 1.44 kg, and this difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) [Tables 3 – 5 ].
Results: A highly significant main effect of Brain Region was observed ( F (5,36) = 59.16, p < 0.0001), confirming the presence of a statistically distinct performance gradient across regions.
3.5 Impedance drop AI was found to have a highly significant but weak correlation with impedance drop that was similar in the protected group and the control group ( ρ = 0.16 – 0.25, p < 0.0001; Figure 4 ). 3.6 Lesion‐to‐lesion progression There was a closer spatial relationship between consecutive lesions (not necessarily adjacent lesions) in the protected group in the posterior part of the PV encircling lesion set but with no statistically significant difference (5.4 [IQR = 3.6 – 9] mm vs. 5.5 [IQR = 3.7 – 9.3] mm, p = 0.051).
According to the ANOVA results, both models (TPC and TFC) were highly significant and attained low probability values ( p < 0.0001), which is supported by a high F-value of 76.82 and 136.61 for TPC and TFC, respectively.
Statistical analysis revealed that this difference was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
In contrast, major statistical associations were identified between patient age and diffusion capacity, revealing a strong and highly significant inverse correlation ( ρ = −0.715, p < 0.0001).
