Results The results demonstrated highly significant (p-value < 0.0001) predictive performance concerning the PHI, successfully distinguishing healthy subjects from those at high risk of disease.
Excerpts
Except for the AD vaccine group, the serum from all the recombinant ADDomer-VLP vaccine groups exhibited extremely significant differences ( P <0.0001) in ND50 on day 35 compared to day 0.
Interestingly, this difference, while being small, is highly significant (paired-sample t -test; N = 176 per group; p < 0.0001).
In both instances, the PHASE x TREATMENT interaction was highly significant (p < 0.0001), indicating that ghost crabs responded strongly to the addition of carrion ( Figure 2 , Table 2) .
It had greater improvement with a corticosteroid injection after 15 days and one month than with PRP; however, it declined, and at the end of three months, improvement in pain was highly significant in the PRP group compared to the corticosteroid group (P<0.0001)47.
The linear regression analysis demonstrated that the slope of HFD was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) but not in HFDT ( p = 0.2397) compared with zero.
The differences in latency to lay between large and small focal worms paired with matched or unmatched partners were highly significant (GLM; focal worm category [small]: (β = 1.025 ± 0.210, χ 2 = 25.386, df = 1, P < 0.0001; partner’s size: [unmatched]: (β = 0.434 ± 0.192, χ 2 = 5.625, df = 1, P = 0.018).
Nevertheless, we detected strong highly significant correlations between manual scoring and automated quantification for our classifier ( R 2 = 0.98, p < 0.0001, n = 60) as well as CADABRA ( R 2 = 0.87, p < 0.0001, n = 59) (Fig. 1d ) showing that correlation analysis is not sufficient to evaluate assay performance.
One study reported a significant difference (MD: 25; 95% CI: 18.16–31.83; P = 0.0001), 27 , 30 and another found a moderately significant benefit (MD: 10.2; 95% CI: 5.91–14.48; P = 0.0001). 27 , 30 Two studies showed no significant differences ( P = 0.1622 and P = 0.2223, respectively). 26 , 36 Physical Well-being of the Chest The results were heterogeneous.
At 1 mm apical to TP, group differences were highly significant ( p < 0.0001), with no time ( p = 0.93) or interaction effects ( p = 0.70).
Kruskal-Wallis analysis revealed a highly significant difference among groups (H = 23.14, p < 0.0001).
The Kruskal–Wallis tests revealed highly significant differences among the four groups (Control, Group 1, Run 2, and Group 2) for all three isotopes (δ 13 C, δ 15 N, and δ 34 S; p < 0.0001 for all).
As expected, highly significant differences were observed between patients and controls in global cognitive status based on the PD-CRS [t(65) = 6.5; p < 0.0001], motor symptom severity based on the UHDRS-TMS [t(65) = 10.9; p < 0.0001], functional status based on the TFC [t(65) = 7.2; p < 0.0001], as well as on NfL plasma levels [t(65) = 10.73; p < 0.0001], all with large effect sizes (d > 0.8). 3.1 Verbal episodic memory performance The three-way mixed-effects ANOVA with recall type (free vs. cued) and time (immediate vs. delayed) as within-subjects factors, and group (HD vs.
The extraction temperature ( X 2 ) and time ( X 3 ) showed a highly significant impact on the extracted amount of rhein because of their p -values of <0.0001.
The coefficients for the two main explanatory variables (GDP per capita and occupancy rate) are highly significant (p < 0.0001), as well as most of the control dummies, e.g., hospital level.
This observation is corroborated statistically by two-sided sign tests, revealing that the difference between agreement in case of voluntary and enforced implementation is highly significant for contact-tracing apps, vaccination, and contact limitations ( P < 0.0001) but insignificant for travel restrictions ( P = 0.622) and masks ( P = 0.389).
When examining intra-individual change for the entire sample of participants ( n = 42) that completed the hula program, there was a highly significant outcome on total physical activity ( p < 0.0001), moderate exercise ( p < 0 0.0001), and mild exercise ( p < 0.0001).
Likewise, LprA_S, MPB64_E, MPB70_E, and E6C10_E exhibited highly significant group differences ( p < 0.0001).
Of these, eight showed highly significant hypermethylation in tumor tissue (p < 0.0001): GDNF, MTHFR, OPCML, TNFRSF25, TCF21, PAX8, PTPRN2 and PITX2.
Although these increases were highly significant (ANOVA: F 25,429 = 1434, p < 0.0001; F 13,95 = 13.64, p < 0.0001), they were really small (see Supporting Information Tables S4 and S5 ) in units of percent (females vs. males) both in WT and KO animals. 3.3.
Correlation of depression as per BDI with Self-esteem (RSES) and body image disturbances (BICI) A highly significant negative correlation of depression with self-esteem ( r = -0.678, P < 0.0001) and a highly significant positive correlation ( r = 0.6395, P < 0.0001) with body image disturbances was seen in our sample of CD [ Table 5 ].
Both terms were again highly significant ( p < 0.0001 for both), but together only explained 13% of the variation in AAA.
There was an overall trend toward selection of quit dates earlier in the week (Sunday–Tuesday) compared to later in the week (Wednesday–Saturday) ( p < 0.0001); however, Thursdays did not significantly differ from Sundays–Tuesdays for quit date selection ( Fig. 3 ).
Whereas the value of d ′ was clearly significantly above zero for both the conscious (mean = 3.74, SD = 0.87; t (34) = 25.40, p < 0.0001) as well as the imagery (mean = 3.32, SD = 0.83; t (34) = 23.74, p < 0.0001) conditions, this was not the case for the unconscious condition (mean = 0.05, SD = 0.20; t (34) = 1.57, p = 0.127; BF01 = 0.549; Fig. 2 A ).
We observed a highly significant association between appropriate use of IV PPI with respect to endoscopic procedure ( P = 0.0001).
