In the 1-h period before tetanization, there were no overall differences in mean fEPSP slope values elicited by stimulation of left versus right CA3 [ipsilateral Schaffer collateral: left CA3 = −1.09 ± 0.13 mV/ms; right CA3 = −1.18 ± 0.10 mV/ms; contralateral commissural: left CA3 = −0.76 ± 0.06 mV/ms; right CA3 = −0.72 ± 0.09 mV/ms; overall left versus right comparison: F (1,74) = 0.07; p = 0.79], but a highly significant difference between the fEPSP slopes elicited by contralateral (crossed) versus ipsilateral (uncrossed) CA3 stimulation [ F (1,74) = 15.3; p < 0.0005].

In addition, the relationship between ISS and LOS is highly significant ( p < 0.0005), with a one score increase in ISS being associated with an average increase of 0.64 day LOS, after adjusting for obesity and comorbidity.
Among these top 88 collectors, there was a significant trend towards collecting more specimens per year in more recent years ( R 2 = 0.13, P = 0.0005, N = 88).
We thus fitted the additive model, and, in this model, the method of density estimation was not significant (p = 0.1266) while the effect of the log.BodyMass was highly significant (p = 0.0005, conditional R 2 = 0.90).
In contrast, the correlation between genetic and geographic distances remained highly significant after controlling for temporal variation (r=0.55, Zr=0.55, p<0.0005).

The average value of CSF sulfamidase activity for the 3 dogs 7 years post vector delivery is statistically highly significant (p value = 0.0005) compared to the average value measured in the CSF of 15 untreated dogs (∼3-fold increase) ( Figure 2 C).
Tests of bivariate associations (Spearman's rho) revealed no association between costs to diagnosis and age ( p = 0.623), but as expected, there was a highly significant positive association between costs and number of days to diagnosis ( p < 0.0005).
However, mice immunised with chromatographically deaggregated hIgG (deag.hIgG) showed a highly significant lowering of the immune response, in comparison to either ag.hIgG (P = 0.0005) or the heat-ag.hIgG (P = 0.001).

By 10–11 mo, the increase in visceral WAT in 3xTg-AD mice was highly significant (p = 0.0005, unpaired t-test, Fig. 1 g).
1b ) with a 2 × 2 ANOVA showing highly significant effect of LB ( F [1,63] = 14.9, p < 0.0005), with no effect of sex ( F [1,63] = 0.18, p = 0.67), or interaction ( F [1,63] = 0.43, p = 0.52).
coluzzii efficiently enriched for genes that display a protective function against Plasmodium (Fisher’s Exact Test comparing the ratio of [9 protective to 0 non-protective genes in differentiated Clusters 1 and 2], to [0 protective to 5 non-protective genes in non-differentiated Cluster 3] is highly significant, p = 0.0005).
failed to reach significanceP < 0.0005
This voxel reached a slightly higher statistical value for the DfMRI analysis than the BOLD results, although it too failed to reach significance at a corrected level, z = 4.04, P < 0.0005 uncorrected.
Observable differences are highly significant; performing one-sided Mann-Whitney U tests (with the alternative hypothesis c treated > c untreated ) leads to the rejection of the null-hypothesis (p < 5 x 10 −4 ) for all metabolites.
The total effect of NR (Model 2) was highly significant ( t test, p < 0.0005) with a standard regression coefficient (β) of 0.63, indicating a large effect.
Across all species, mean environmental preferences also appear to change significantly between time bins along both NMDS coordinates ( Figure 4g ), with ANOVA results showing highly significant (p < 0.0005) Mann–Whitney pairwise differences in both NMDS values among all time bins with the exception the Wasatchian 0 and 1/2 time bins, which could be differentiated along NMDS coordinate 1, but not along NMDS coordinate 2 ( p = 0.6636); these trends appear the same when means for each time bin are calculated only from taxa whose first occurrences fall within that time bin ( Figure 4i – j ).
