Plant Chl content and RWC The effects of SWC, available soil-Pi levels and cowpea varieties were highly significant ( p < 0.001) with regard to the Chl content (Table 1 ).
Excerpts
In the case of TUG, the association was highly significant, maintaining a P ‐value <0.001 after adjustment for all confounders (Model 6: β = − 0.092; R 2 = 0.390; −0.137 to −0.048; P ≤ 0.001).
Among them, the differences in C14:0, C16:0, C17:0, C18:1n-9, C18:2n-6, and C18:3n-3 between male and female ducks were highly significant ( P < 0.001).
Colon Length Measurements In comparison with mice of the control negative group, a highly significant decrease ( P < 0.001) was apparent in the average colon length in mice of the control positive group “DSS exposure without treatment” and a significant decrease ( P < 0.05) in mice of the 6-thioguanine, 10 mg/kg BW, and 20 mg/kg BW Shogaol treatment groups.
In the regression model, attenuation of the adjacent lung parenchyma was highly significant (odds ratio 0.987, p < 0.001), with a large effect size.
As depicted in Figure 4 , the dose-response relationship between PHR and MACEs demonstrated a linear trend (P for non-linearity =0.111), and the overall association was highly significant (P <0.001).
The Cochran‐Armitage test indicated a significant trend in both nitazene detections and overdoses over time ( p < 0.001).
A highly significant correlation was detected between CAC and age of subjects ( P < 0.001) [Tables 2 and 3 ].
NOx levels in PD patients (35.81±5.16 mol/L) were markedly significant compared to healthy subjects (11.27±3.59 mol/L) ( P <0.001) ( Fig. 3A ).
Moreover, there was an increasing trend in number of MDSCs recruited into mouse lung interstitium with the increase of exposure time ( P < 0.001) (Fig. 7 C).
F ST values between populations varied from -0.043 to 0.084 (Table 2 ), the overall among-population fixation index being highly significant (F ST = 0.011, p < 0.001).
As expected, the four supervisors’ competencies are correlated positively to each other and show positive and highly significant correlations ( p < 0.001) with all the seven psychosocial factors.
A Jonckheere–Terpstra test for ordered alternatives confirmed a highly significant monotonic increase across the four pre-specified ordered groups (standardized J–T statistic z = 7.896, p < 0.001).
Furthermore, it was 32.7% (1486/4542) for children aged 0–5 years, 46.6% (2249/4830) for those aged 6–10 years, and 73.3% (2988/4079) for those aged 11–18 years, showing an increasing trend with children’ age groups ( p < 0.001).
Furthermore, soil bulk density exhibited highly significant interactive effects (grazing × distance, P < 0.001; Fig. 3 c).
Validation of dynamic modulators of PH in the VCTE‐HVPG cohort Using a larger validation cohort undergoing VCTE‐based fibrosis assessment ( n = 245), the correlation of liver stiffness measurement–based fibrosis to HVPG remained highly significant (Rho = 0.638, p < 0.001), and the regression model fitting line was similar to the CPA‐HVPG model.
As can be seen in Table 4 , the random WS variance (the BS variance of scale) and covariance parameters are both highly significant ( P -value<0.001).
However, in stark contrast to this assumption the analysis of this relation showed a highly significant negative correlation ( Fig. 1B , R = −0.86, p < 0.001, Pearson).
The results demonstrated a highly significant difference ( P < .001) in the HD duration between well-nourished and malnutrition participants (3.4 yr vs 7.9 yr, respectively).
We found that they are predicted to form a highly significant protein–protein interaction (PPI) network ( Methods ; P = 0.001; Fig. 4h ) enriched for transcription factor regulation and chromatin binding related gene ontology terms (Supplementary Table 10 ).
Highly significant differences were observed for time and accuracy of execution between patients and controls (both p < 0.001).
Interestingly, the roughly 3-fold decrease in the rate of intubation seen in nosocomial cases (5.2%) compared to community cases (13.9%) remained highly significant even after correcting for patient age and length of stay (ß = -1.49; SE = 0.44; p < 0.001).
RT The factor Congruence N was highly significant, F (1, 39) = 146.22, p < 0.001, η p 2 = 0.79, with smaller RTs in congruent (677 ms) than in incongruent (731 ms) trials.
Since our primary interest was in the Near Approach and the interaction effect between Condition and Distance was marginally significant, we examined the Near Approach revealing a significantly greater SCR response to the spider than the ball t (30) = 4.57, p < 0.001, d = 1.67.
A highly significant difference was found in the geometric mean titer between unaffected women and serologically infected women ( p < 0.001) and vaccinated women ( p < 0.001) and between serological infected and vaccinated women ( p < 0.001).
