Although lighting condition remained a highly significant predictor of mean visual discomfort (mins 2–10; p < 0.001), neither aura status nor VLSQ or UPSIS scores significantly predicted mean discomfort, and no condition × moderator interactions were observed (all interaction p values > 0.23).

GLM on Log-transformed data showed that week of sampling was highly significant (F 21;209 = 6.0; p < 0.001 ***) as well as the intra-treatment variability (F 3;209 = 4.5; p = 0.004 **), confirming that varroa mite infestation was irregularly but equally distributed among exposure and control sites, depending on the season (“date” factor) and on the single-hive history (“hive” factor).
The overall model was highly significant ( P < 0.001), explaining 78.1% of the total variance (adjusted R2=0.758).
The cross validation of the model using CV-ANOVA provided highly significant results (F = 10.3017, p < 0.001).

The median progression-free survival (PFS) for patients classified as responders by DECT reached 623 days, compared with a mere 104 days for nonresponders, representing a highly significant difference ( P < 0.001).
The result was highly significant ( p < .001; one-tailed).
Highly significant (p<0.001) down-regulation of IL-6 and GM-CSF following miR-146a over-expression correlated well with our genomic data.
CSF Differences between the Young and Old Groups A between-observer analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that there were highly significant differences in contrast sensitivity between the young and old observers after 50, 100, and 300 quick CSF trials (F(1, 25) = 26.794, 26.230, 29.716; all p < 0.001).

The RLU/CO determined by HC II also showed an increasing trend with the cytological categories ( P <0.001, by Kruskal-Wallis test).
Notably, at 6 dpi, the Long-BAC group maintained a significantly elevated pathological score relative to the other two groups, with a highly significant difference compared with the rLong-BJ1903-AF group ( p < 0.001); a statistically significant difference was also observed between the rLong-BJ1903-AF and rLong-SY2103-BF groups ( p < 0.05) ( Figure 3C ).
The permuted multivariate analysis of variance (perMANOVA) with Aitchison distances to test the effect of the agricultural practices indicated a large and highly significant effect on the bacterial community that explained 45% of the total variance ( P < 0.001, Table 2 ).
Results Effect of biochar and cow manure on the growth parameters of spinach The one-way ANOVA analysis revealed a highly significant treatment effect on spinach plant height ( p < 0.001), indicating that the growth performance of spinach varied considerably depending on whether the plants received biochar, cow manure, their combination, or no amendment (Fig. 1 ).
3.2 Glycemic and Anthropometric Parameters The paired differences between all respective pre-treatment and post-treatment anthropometric parameters were highly significant for all treatment groups ( p <0.001).
