As expected, there is a highly significant (P=0.001) correspondence of the values estimated with these approaches in all of the types of tumour (Pearson's rho coefficient = 0.6369, n = 22, df= 6), with the only exception of two glioblastomas that display a remarkable difference in the amount of protein detected by WB (4+) compared with that detected by IH (0- +).

Furthermore, we examined IL-6 which was diminished significantly by the LCPUFA combination, but almost significantly increased by EPA supplementation compared with LCPUFA-supplemented mice (Fig. 1d : IL-6: PBS: 93.25 ± 8.84 fg/mL, p < 0.001; HDM: 68791.00 ± 17601.00 fg/mL, LCPUFA: 27212.00 ± 7621.00 fg/mL, p < 0.05; EPA: 78843.00 ± 27842.00 fg/mL, p = 0.09).
Thirty SNPs showed significant associations ( p < 0.05) with fire blight susceptibility traits, while two of these SNPs showed highly significant ( p < 0.001) associations across two different years.
FRET efficiency clearly showed a negligible molecular association between DRAM2 and LC3 in untreated cells and a highly significant molecular interaction in DPN-treated cells (Figure 5C , p < 0.001), suggesting that DRAM2 - LC3 binding plays a crucial role in ERβ-mediated autophagy induction in HL cells.
A highly significant decrease in apoptosis was noted in the groups treated exclusively with O 3 (0.06 ± 0.001%) when compared to the control group (0.28 ± 0.03%; p < 0.001).

A KMO score of 0.968 and a highly significant ( χ 2 = 426,042.12, degrees of freedom [ df ] = 903, p < .001) Bartlett's test of sphericity confirmed the adequacy of the data for factor analysis, that is, the correlations in the correlation matrix are unequal to 0. 3.1.1.
Our mixed models confirmed highly significant differences between the groups consistent across all minutes of both tests for “duration in mirror zone” (LMM, F 19,31794 = 210.968, p<0.001) and “distance moved in mirror zone” (LMM, F 19,29287 = 159.298, p<0.001).
