Hexuronic acid level was significantly increased in all extract-treated groups compared with control ( P < 0.01) and it was highly significant for aqueous 800 mg/kg treated group ( P < 0.001) ( Fig. 1 C).
On the other hand, there was a highly significant effect with respect to the dura mater and sphenoid bone blocks on low and high Battelle scores ( p < 0.001), to a lesser extent than the parietal bone ( p < 0.05).
The results (Table S3) demonstrated that the comprehensive score model was highly significant ( P < 0.001, P = 0.004), with a non-significant lack-of-fit term ( P = 0.8265), indicating a satisfactory fit.

Patients who stated not having returned to their preferred sports activity until their follow-up examination ( n = 4, 19%) had a highly significant loss of activity regarding TAS compared to patients who accomplished an RTS (TAS-delta 2.5 [1.25–3] for no RTS vs. 0 [0–0] for RTS; p < 0.001, Figure 3 ).
Most base-paired helices are supported by at least one contiguous base pair with a highly significant MI ( p < 0.001), and almost all contain a base pair with at least a marginal MI significance ( p < 0.01).
