The MS cohort showed a more frequently positive MRZR (99 of 203 patients: 48.8%) when compared to all other study groups (OIND, bipolar, and schizophreniform patients), and this difference was highly significant (p ≤ 0.001, Table 2 ).
Excerpts
A t -test for independent samples revealed that the difference between the groups was highly significant [ t (391) = 3.82, p < 0.001, Cohen’s d = 0.386].
Results Oxidative stress marker and antioxidant markers MDA levels showed a highly significant increase ( P < 0.001) when comparing the high-dose group with either the low-dose or control group, as well as when comparing the low-dose group with the control group, as illustrated in Fig. 1 (a) .
On statistical evaluation, a significant association was seen for maxillary premolars and their number of roots whereas for mandibular and number of roots (p<0.05); results came out to be highly significant (p<0.001) (Table 2 ).
The results were considered significant when p (degree of significance) is less than 0.05, very significant when p < 0.01, and highly significant when p < 0.001.
Highly significant differences ( p < 0.001) among accessions were detected for all of them, except for their capability in preventing cholesterol oxidation during heating ( Table S1 ).
42 – 50 In a head-to-head randomized clinical trial in patients with relatively low baseline glycemic values (mean HbA 1C 7.3%, fasting plasma glucose [FPG] 9.2 mmol/L [165 mg/dL]), patients inadequately controlled on metformin who were randomized to vildagliptin 50 mg bid were weight stable at 52 weeks (−0.2 kg), which was highly significant compared with the weight gain seen in the comparator group receiving glimepiride ≤6 mg daily (between-group difference −1.8 kg, P < 0.001). 41 This difference presumably stems in part from the glucose-dependent “fail-safe” system that prevents even elevated incretin levels from overstimulating insulin secretion in the absence of elevated or rising glucose levels.
The interaction, however, was highly significant in the analysis of sensitivity ( F (1, 31) = 17.82, p < .001, η p 2 = .096; in RT ( F (1, 31) = 3.41, p = .07, η p 2 = .099).
The one-sample t-test indicated a highly significant difference t (54) = 5.01, p < .001, with a mean difference of.14 grams (95% CI :.08 to.19).
Furthermore, waterlogging duration had a highly significant ( P < 0.001) effect on root dry mass for all three genotypes ( Table 3 ).
Results were defined as significant with P -values < .05 and highly significant with P -values < .001.
The data in Table 1 show highly significant differences about (“Age (years)” and “Exercise (years)”) ( p = 0.001) between prescribers and non-prescribers.
Data about laparoscopic procedures was available only after the year 2000: 48% of the patients were operated with the laparoscopic technique with a positive trend during the years, starting from 26% in 2000 to 68.8% in 2013 (AAPC 5.2, P < 0.001) (Figure 3A ) and with a mean length of stay of 4.47 ± 2.66 d (compared to 5.43 ± 2.94 with the open technique, P < 0.001).
Because coextinctions target different phylogenetic and functional groups and given the fact that we observe a highly significant phylogenetic signal across all functional traits ( P < 0.001 in all cases), one could conclude that the functional dendrogram ( Fig. 4B ) merely depicts phylogenetic relationships ( Fig. 4A ).
4.5.3 Spatial clustering of the vulnerability of grid cells across the protected area Spatial autocorrelation analysis (Global Moran's I) of grid-cell vulnerability index values showed highly significant (z-score >19.62, p < 0.001) positive spatial correlations (I = 0.68) across the HFPA, meaning that neighboring grid cells exhibit similar vulnerability index values more often than expected by chance.
ANOVA has revealed a highly significant effect of age group (p < 0.001) and a almost significant effect of sex (p = 0.067) and age X sex interaction (p = 0.003).
Differences among the median age at diagnosis were highly significant ( p < 0.001 for Kruskal-Wallis test among all 3 groups and Wilcoxon rank-sum test for subsequent pairwise comparisons among all pairs of disorders).
Longitudinal changes across waves A highly significant strong correlation between DAS total scores in both waves was observed (rs = 0.79; p ≤ 0.001), suggesting that individual differences in dental anxiety remained relatively consistent over the seven-year period.
The ANOVA showed a highly significant ( p ≤ 0.001) genotype × environment interactions for all traits, except the GNP/plot and the GNPP.
The JBJ population demonstrated a highly significant difference from the MRN population, whereas the TRJ population demonstrated intermediate between the two populations for the character of eye length (EL) ( p < 0.001).
This difference was highly significant ( p < 0.001) Table 3 .
As healthy males transition from infancy to adolescence, there is a decreasing trend in the abundance of Streptococcus ( p ‐value < 0.001) and Rothia ( p ‐value < 0.001) on the cheek skin.
Gender distribution showed no significant difference between the two groups ( p = 0.6243), while prognostic status showed highly significant differences between the two groups ( p < 0.001), directly validating the prognostic prediction capability of the risk score model.
The area percentage of the collagen fibers& optical density of TNF α Semiquantitative assessment of the AP of the collagen fibers and the OD of TNF-α immunoreaction mean values in MT-stained and TNF-α immunostained tongue sections displayed a very highly significant statistical difference between the groups ( P <0.001) by using a one-way ANOVA and LSD post-hoc test.
When analyzed statistically by ANOVA, at baseline, 7th day, 10th day, and 15th day, the difference between the three groups is highly significant ( p < 0.001) ( Table 2 ) ( Fig. 4 ).
