In the GP sepsis group, a positive trend was noted for TBARS, NO2−, and H2O2 parameters, with a negative trend for O2−; however, none of these changes were statistically significant.

Adequate discharge, the one process measure which showed a negative trend after the inspections, was not emphasised during the inspections because it was not directly related to early detection of the sepsis diagnosis and treatment.

Conclusions In summary, the present study showed a negative secular trend in Mozambican youth’s habitual PA, as well as a negative trend for most PA domains.

Most stations exhibit a negative trend, suggesting a general decrease in aerosol loading over the analyzed period.
