Discussion In this phase 2 tuberculosis clinical trial, an investigational intensive phase regimen comprised of daily low-dose rifapentine plus moxifloxacin in addition to isoniazid and pyrazinamide was not less bactericidal than the control regimen as assessed using sputum culture-based surrogate endpoints, and there was a possible trend towards superiority of the investigational regimen when MGIT liquid medium was used for endpoint measurement.
[ 133 ] of women in labour with meconium-stained amniotic fluid (N = 150) found that the group that received transcervical amnioinfusion (N = 50) showed a possible trend toward reduced perinatal mortality compared to a group (N = 100) receiving standard care (4% vs. 13%, respectively; RR = 0.31; 95% CI: 0.07–1.31).

The weak negative direction of the correlation ( r = -0.175) in our study suggests a possible trend toward lower sSIGLEC-1 in patients with higher proteinuria, which could reflect treatment effects (patients with heavy proteinuria are more aggressively immunosuppressed, potentially lowering sSIGLEC-1) or disease chronicity (burned-out LN with persistent proteinuria but quiescent inflammation).
61 However, tropical savannas can also show high primary productivity, 62 , 63 and other studies have shown a possible trend of increasing body size across multiple small mammals in relation to increased habitat fragmentation rather than connected forest habitat, although this might reflect an “island” isolation effect rather than being associated with changing habitat openness. 64 , 65 More research is required into the relationship between body size variation and habitat structure and productivity in small mammals, and into the ecosystem parameters of successive Caribbean Quaternary environments.
In order to deduce a possible trend that can be a starting point for further studies, we make an interpretation attempt: modules exhibiting correlations with the lowest p -value were M8 (k = 0.393; p = 0.149 for 5% O 2 ; k = −0.293; p = 0.295 for 0–21% O 2 oscillations), M13 (k = 0.358; p = 0.193 for 0–95% O 2 oscillations), M14 (k= 0.324; p = 0.243 for 95% O 2 ), M0 (k = −0.271; p = 0.334 for 0–21% O 2 ) and M2 (k = −0.251; p = 0.372 for 0–21% O 2 ).
