Despite a slight trend for Gingin males to be more successful than Manjimup males in siring offspring (proportion of offspring sired: Gingin, median = 0, IQR = 0–0.135; Manjimup, median = 0, IQR = 0–0.125), there was no significant difference between the paternity success of males from the two populations (Wilcoxon signed-ranks test for matched pairs, V = 12, P = 0.80).
DN-SCP-MCMV-infected mice treated with IL-18BP alone also succumbed by day 10, but although it did not reach statistical significance, a slight trend toward a better survival up to day 12 was nevertheless observed when the mice received a combination of DOX and IL-18BP (Figure 4 A).
A slight trend towards a lower increase in LET-weighted D2% in the brainstem was observed in plans with larger hinge angles, as depicted in Fig. 5 , although no statistically significant correlation was identified (Pearson correlation coefficient: −0.45, p = 0.22, excluding the plan with distal edges pointed towards the spinal cord).
Despite the fact that many of the culturable banana endophytes showed antagonism against Foc STR4 and TR4, the final selection (based on a combination of geographical, molecular, and phenotypic criteria) to be tested in planta only showed a slight trend in the reduction of FWB severity for strain P. chlororaphis IAS-B-364.
Discussion Although no statistically significant differences were detected between groups regarding the primary and secondary outcomes, these data do reveal a slight trend toward shorter hospital length of stay, shorter readmission length of stay, and reduced rates of infection-related readmission and ED visits in patients discharged with pharmacist-driven OPAT management.
