Clinical data analyses showed the lower expression of FBXW7 significantly correlated with metastasis, TNM stage and differentiation in both IHCC and PHCC, however, only a statistical trend was found in DCC, which may be due to the absence of more advanced (stage III and stage IV) tumor specimens in the dataset we analyzed (Table 1 ).
In addition, the magnitude of the peaks was variable, which makes computing them in a significant stable base, or to estimate a statistical trend to be used in a BMI algorithm, difficult, even as statistically the maximum peak is usually achieved during the first 5 s before the actual start of movement.
Specifically, three statistical tests were applied to the data: (a) a shift in the data demonstrated by eight or more consecutive data points above or below the mean centreline on the control chart, (b) a statistical trend in the data which is defined as six consecutive data points constantly increasing or decreasing, not counting values that are repeated in the sequence, and (c) a data point that exceeds the upper or lower control limits on the control chart (i.e. a data point that exceeds 3 sigma).
This relationship, although remaining at the level of a statistical trend, was evident in the generalised oedema (understood as the average of all three measurement lines in a given measurement) on postoperative day 1 and showed higher values in patients without regenerative methods compared to patients who received LLLT.
Across behaviours, we found no significant sex effects, however it is interesting to note that the Genotype effect in the sociability index analysis was accompanied by a statistical trend for a Genotype x Sex interaction, and visual examination of the data confirms that the effect is mainly driven by a difference in male +/- animals.
The results showing a statistical trend may signal an increase in the number of organic consumers associated with other sustainable changes in the food system—more than 55% of the members of this group are also willing to eat less meat and more plant-based foods, opt for products with high animal welfare standards, and waste less food ( Figure 13 ). 4.
Then we used a Fisher r-to-z transformation for these r values, and the one-tailed p value for the difference between these coefficients was 0.059, which indicates a statistical trend for significance. 4 Discussion The current study is, to our knowledge, the first to quantify neural responses to cardiac signals in patients with nightmare disorder and compare it with healthy controls.
