ECOG performance status showed a trend toward significance (HR 0.45; 95% CI 0.1–1.0; p = 0.06), while histologic subtype demonstrated a borderline association with overall survival (HR 2.0; 95% CI 0.9–4.6; p = 0.07).
To complement the supervised data, we also utilized an unsupervised method called PCoA, which also showed dissimilarity between AMD and control subjects, with a trend toward significance by PERMANOVA analysis ( P = 0.06) after adjusting for age ( Fig 3 B).
Regarding CRP levels, we found a trend toward significance in the association with lower SWS (p = 0.06) after adjustment.
The change in ACQ-5 scores showed a trend toward significance in the interaction, though it did not meet the alpha < 0.05 threshold ( p = 0.06). 3.4.3.

In addition, we observed a trend toward significance in the alpha band ( p = 0.06). 3.6 Correlation of boost score between recording or stimulation and coagulation site Contact pairs involved in significantly changed connections following RFTC showed higher maximal correlation between either stimulation or recording boost score and coagulation site in the delta band (Figure 4B ). 3.7 CCEP reproducibility The mean percentage of significantly different connections between identical stimulation sessions was 10.26% (8.41%–13.26%).
While there were no significant effects of the macronutrients on sleep and recovery metrics ( Table 4 , 5 ), there was a trend toward significance ( p = 0.06) in recovery score based upon protein intake, whereby those who had more than 5 g of protein before bed had a recovery score of 11.41 percentage points lower than those who ate less than 5 g of protein pre-sleep ( Table 4 ). 4.
Drug withdrawal was most common in clusters 1 and 2 (11/39, 28% and 9/47, 19%) than that in cluster 3 (7%, 2/30), showing a trend toward significance ( P =.06).
