Statistically significant negative correlations were observed for Psychosocial Well-being (r = -0.26; P < 0.01), Treatment Satisfaction (r = -0.20; P = 0.03), Acceptance of Insulin Administration (r = -0.21; P = 0.03), and WE-CARE Total Score (r = -0.27; P < 0.01), with a trend toward significance for Ease of Insulin Use (r = -0.18; P = 0.06).
In K-Means clustering, propionate levels differed significantly ( p = 0.010), with acetate showing a trend toward significance ( p = 0.06), while butyrate differences were not statistically significant.
There was also a trend toward significance in hand hygiene adherence and time spent (both p = 0.06), with females more likely to report following protocols and spending over 5 minutes handwashing daily ( Table 3 ).
Location-action A trend toward significance was observed between treatments on day 1 ( F (1,127) = 3.77, p = 0.06) with the mean number of correctly remembered locations and actions significantly higher for the multi-ingredient herbal supplement (4.26) than placebo (3.56).
In all other brain regions, differences in mean scores between possible and probable bvFTD were not significant, with a trend toward significance in the left MT ( p > 0.06).
In model 4 baseline PACS presented a trend toward significance as an independent predictor of CTRCD (HR 1—1.24, p = 0.06).

Additionally, there was a trend toward significance for improvements in triglycerides (p = 0.06) and vigorous physical activity (p = 0.08).
At the remaining time points, this difference showed a trend toward significance ( p = 0.06–0.09).

Facial expressions of pain (STEP test) Differences were mainly observed in the P[A]NM score (between faces expressing “moderate pain” and those expressing “no pain”) ( F [3,64] =3.09) ( P =0.03), and significant differences were found between the FM patients and the controls ( P =0.01), between the MS-P patients and the controls ( P =0.03), and with a trend toward significance between the MS-NP patients and the controls ( P =0.06).
The Taste and Sensory Properties subscale also showed a trend toward significance ( b = −1.09; P = 0.06).
