A considerable reduction in synovial fluid leucocyte count was noted (p < 0.001 total, Wilcoxon signed-rank test), with a trend towards significance in the hip (p < 0.001, Wilcoxon signed-rank test) and clear importance in the knee (p = 0.008, Wilcoxon signed-rank test).
A trend towards significance was found for the IS subtype and sex ( r = −0.168, p = 0.007).
In Model 1, lower mean S pO 2 (as a continuous variable) was associated with incidence of significant decline in FCSRT delayed free recall (OR for 1% decrease 1.21, p=0.007; corresponding to a decline of ≥3.2 points during follow-up); a trend towards significance was observed in the other models (OR 1.22, p=0.010, according to Model 2 and OR 1.22, p=0.011, according to Model 3).
There were no significant gender differences on any of the illness perceptions (t(94)’s < –2.57, p’s > 0.01) although there was a trend towards significance in relation to emotional perceptions with women reporting a greater impact (M = 5.44) than men (M = 3.58; t(94) = –2.57, p = 0.012).

A trend towards significance for the largest improvement was seen in the athletic subgroup, who participated in eight weekly physical activity classes [F(2,93) = 3.75, p = 0.027, η 2 = 0.07).
TB-only patients exhibited higher upper zone infiltrations (32/35 vs 16/22, p = 0.059) suggesting a trend towards significance, and significantly more cavitation in the same zone (16/18 vs 7/13, p = 0.028).

Conversely, several linear regressions appeared significant for the AOT and, in particular, those concerning the gain of similarity of ADM during both the reaching (β = − 0.39, R 2 = 0.15, p = 0.02) and holding (β = − 0.39, R 2 = 0.15, p = 0.02) phases, with FDI during the holding phase showing a trend towards significance (β = − 0.34, R 2 = 0.11, p = 0.04 with threshold after FDR set at 0.02).
The association between GCTTC haplotype non-carriers and advanced tumor size showed a trend towards significance (OR = 0.380, 95% CI: 0.166–0.869, p = 0.046).
Although IN1 also indicates a trend towards significance, it did not reach the threshold ( p < 0.05) in this analysis, with a p-value of 0.054, indicating a less pronounced but still noteworthy difference in engagement levels.
Inattention After controlling for the covariates of ethnicity and age, analysis of omission errors showed no significant effect of Time ( F (1, 132) = 3.44, p = .066, ηp 2 = .025), TRP ( F (2, 132) = .2.02, p = .137, ηp 2 = .030) or Group ( F (2, 132) = 3.75, p = .055, ηp 2 = .028), although arguably the latter could be considered a trend towards significance with the Control group producing fewer errors than both ADHD groups ( p < 0.05) as demonstrated by contrast analysis.
Additionally, the septic morin-treated group showed a trend towards significance compared with the LPS group (adjusted p < 0.05) (Fig. 3 a).
However, we noted a significant reduction in the Shannon Index from time point 1 to the end of study (LME; p = 0.029) and a trend towards significance from time point 1 to time point 2 (LME; p = 0.05).
The analysis revealed a statistically significant negative correlation of TT with weight ( r = 0.22, p < 0.0001), BMI ( r = 0.25, p < 0.0001), EW ( r = 0.24, p < 0.0001), WC ( r = 0.17, p = 0.01), HC ( r = 0.20, p = 0.007), with a trend towards significance for HOMA-IR ( r = 0.13, p = 0.05).
When the patients’ genotypes are considered, both polymorphisms in the homozygous state displayed a trend towards significance but did not reach statistical significance ( p = 0.05, Table 3 ).
The mean contribution of EGP to total glucose appearance was 15% greater with MYC, with a trend towards significance ( P = 0.05).
