Comparing the presence of OSCC with OL, the genera Saccharimonadales and F0332 were significantly associated with OL cases ( p = 0.024 and p = 0.01), while Rothia abundance showed an almost significant tendency, suggesting that higher levels correlate with a greater probability of OL (estimate = 0.205; p = 0.052).
