As shown in Figure 3B–D , after a 10‐day treatment, the volume of tumors in mice treated with PDIC‐NI was almost significantly inhibited (634 mm 3 ), which was 2.4‐ and 1.9‐fold lower than that of the PBS group (1523 mm 3 ) and OXA group (1187 mm 3 ), respectively, suggesting the excellent anti‐tumor effect of PDIC‐NI.
Furthermore, the fact that the DCT group almost significantly outperformed SCS for that class may provide insight into the differing roles: DCTs delivered simple knowledge such as the risk of fungal infections with SGLT2i, while SCS aided learners with challenging questions requiring higher application of knowledge.
16 In addition, colistin–meropenem combination or other regimens did not result in better outcomes compared with colistin monotherapy because CRAB isolates are almost significantly higher MICs of meropenem (higher than 8 μg/mL), so it is unlikely to offer the advantage of colistin–meropenem combination therapy. 17 Difficulties in treating CRAB infections still challenge physicians in optimizing antibiotic therapy in the setting of highly resistant pathogens.
