These findings suggest that improvements in healthcare and risk factor management have mitigated the rates, but the rising absolute burden highlights the impact of population growth and aging (Tables 3 , 4 ). Sex-specific burden The estimated annual percentage change (EAPC) was used to quantify temporal trends; a negative EAPC indicates a decreasing rate over time, whereas a positive EAPC represents an increasing trend.

Statistical analysis revealed that from Q1 of 2004 to Q1 of 2025, hematological AEs accounted for 3.73% of all ICI reports, this proportion is slightly higher than the results of previous studies: multiple large-scale retrospective studies have shown that hem-irAEs constitute 0.6%-3.6% of all irAEs [ 15 ], Notably, the proportion demonstrated an increasing trend during 2011 to 2024 (Fig. 3 ).This trend may be attributed to two factors.

In the same sense, an increasing trend in anti-HEV IgG seroprevalence with the age of the patients was observed, although the differences, again, did not reach statistic significance ( p = 0.79).

NfL concentrations showed a marked increase in AD-dem patients compared to all groups and in MCI compared to CTRL, particularly in the mdMCI condition, showing an increasing trend that reflects the sensitivity of plasma NfL to correlate with the ongoing neuronal degeneration, although in our cohorts NfL was not effective in discriminating individuals in the presymptomatic and prodromal stages [ 56 , 57 ] (Fig. 1 a and Supplementary Fig. 3, see main text and Additional file 2).

Furthermore, an increasing trend in cell association was observed along the particle library as the proDoxo density on the nanoparticle surface increased.

In line with this, the number of DEGs exhibited an increasing trend over the time course, with a notable shift occurring between 12 and 24 hpi ( Figures 4 E and S3D).

While exchangeable potassium (K + ) showed an increasing trend in the shiro (Present) zone, the most pronounced significant alterations driven by T. matsutake activity were observed in Fe, P, and EC gradients ( Figure 1 ).

Discussion Our preliminary observations in this study revealed an increasing trend of PLA2R-IgG4/PLA2R-IgG ratio from stage I to stage IV in PLA2R-associated MN.

Furthermore, recent studies and the Hong Kong Cancer Registry indicate an increasing trend of prevalence among the younger age group and a resurgence in the incidence of lung cancer within the 45–54 age group in recent years, warranting caution [ 36 , 37 ].

The revision burden showed an increasing trend from 2013 to 2018 (4.5% to 5.4%; p for trend=0.002).

Among the strains collected in the four time periods, temporal analysis indicated an increasing trend in antibiotic resistance, with strains collected from 2016 to 2020 showing higher numbers of resistant antibiotic classes and AMR genes compared with earlier collection periods (Figure 2E,F ).

An increasing trend in the incidence rates of the breast cancer has been reported from the various registries of National Cancer Registry Project [ 7 ].

According to Table 4 , M sys (MW·s) exhibits an increasing trend, indicating an improvement in the system frequency stability.

Moreover, we applied Monocle to reconstruct the transformation trajectories from normal mammary cells to tumor cells in the BRCA1 mutation carrier and found that the levels of replication stress showed an increasing trend during the process of LP transformation into tumor cells ( Figure 1C , Figure 1—figure supplement 1B ).

The β diff between the pre- and intra-pandemic periods showed an increasing trend at 3.67 (95% CI: 3.32–4.03), displaying a notable growth in students’ suicidal ideation.
